We are seeking an exceptional Omnichannel / International Ecommerce Merchandiser leader to oversee our international website merchandising strategy. In this role, you will manage weekly/bi-weekly updates to our Shopify website at 9 PM PST, ensuring that new collections, promotions, and product information are accurately reflected across our omnichannel platforms. • Responsible for the timely and accurate filing and payment of national taxes (e.g., income tax, value added tax, withholding taxes, among others)

Shift Assignment: Night Shift

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.

The Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 team assists the Tier 1 Support team by liaising between Support, Development, and Product teams. These experts are part of the technical leaders within the Assessment Delivery Operations and Support department (ADOS), providing regular feedback and updates on our client's issues with the product to both the internal ADOS Technical Support team and internal stakeholders. Similar to the Tier 1 team, the Tier 2 team works to establish if reported bugs are reproducible and create detailed escalations for Tier 3 by gathering logs and providing imperative information surrounding the issue.

Armed with this knowledge, these experts act as an informal escalation point for any questions the broader support may have about our products. Liaising with Tier 3, they give proactive feedback and input to Product, Internal Support, and Quality and Knowledge teams to improve the support we deliver to our customers. This role explicitly provides a high level of responsibility, being the first internal point of contact on our products and a Technical Support representative for customers externally and colleagues internally. Together with their fellow Tier 2 colleagues, they report issues and identify bugs for escalation to our Tier 3 engineers.

Reporting to Collections Team Lead, this role is responsible for working in a fast-paced global team to efficiently collect cash from customers. The role involves proactive communication with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships while ensuring adherence to the company's collections policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. 
• Develop and maintain customer relationships both internal and external and have an awareness of cultural and regional differences with respect, while effectively enforcing agreed terms.
• Query handling and investigation, liaise with other departments to ensure swift resolutions of queries and efficient OTC flow.
• Cash allocation, assisting with identification of payments and ensuring short paid reason is identified and correctly categorised and resolved within month payment received.
• Carefully and sensitively process final notices working with internal stakeholders, taking appropriate levels of actions in cases of non payments, including up to account closure and service termination.
• Ensure all document processes are followed and DOA’s approvals adhered to at all times.
• Enable the business to meet its cash collection targets and needs.

This role is primarily responsible to provide administrative support and coordination to various HR operations including job changes letters, data validation, and reference letters in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create and distribute job change letters, reference letters, and collect signed documentations from employees
• Connect with relevant key stakeholders and support groups to assist with employee data corrections, changes to conditions of employments, offboarding, and other details
• Manage the Leave of Absence of employees
• Answer queries on administrative policies and practices and other areas via case management system in a timely manner; work on more than one issue simultaneously and prioritize urgency of requests
• Following a prescribed template, document and escalate as needed based on the appropriate processes

Summary of the Role:
As the Project Integration Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance across our portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will work closely with the development team to assess project feasibility, will structure deals with external stakeholders, negotiate contracts and support the project delivery team in achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Management of projects including management of internal and external stakeholders from project origination until commercial operation or sale;
• Working closely with the Development and Execution team, assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
• Develop business case including detailed financial analysis to progress new opportunities and ensure appropriate commercial frameworks are in place;

The Land Acquisition Specialist is a Project-based role which will be responsible in facilitating land acquisition requirements for one of ib vogt's solar projects based in the province of Iloilo in the Philippines in support of Project development activities.

• Work with the Land Acquisition Manager in screening new site locations in partnership with Project Development Managers. 
• In the absence of or in support of the Land Acquisition Manager, represent the company to landowners, presenting project opportunities and establishing new relationships.
• Work with the Land Acquisition Manager in negotiation and execution of land lease and purchase agreements, securing right of way for transmission lines and substations.
• Work closely with transmission line route assessment, land survey and other land related service providers .
• Maintain open communication with landowners and municipalities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of signed land leases, including registration processes with the Land Survey.
• Maintain and/or establish good relationships with relevant external stakeholders/government agencies involved in securing land related documents.
• Provide support to team members and colleagues as needed throughout other project phases.

Summary of This Role:
To develop and secure existing/new pipeline, this position will assist the Project Development Team with:

• The advancement of development activities for new wind power projects.
• Assessing and verifying sites fit for purpose from a technical, legal and commercial view and maintaining database of land maps, data, and documents
• Managing the permitting & approvals related to land, project development and grid interconnection 
• Providing support in contract management and coordination with interdepartmental teams within IBV (i.e. Legal, E&S, grid management, Admin)

This role reports directly to the Regional Grid Solutions Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Grid Solutions Manager is a hybrid engineering and management role who would manage the engineering and designing organizations of the grid connections for medium to large scale solar projects and have oversight of the effective and efficient execution of grid projects by coordinating with different external stakeholders to develop the project schedules, address technical issues and designs, and to work with internal stakeholders to forecast work and develop a schedule of execution. The scope of works / duties and responsibilities for this role include the following but not limited to:

• Participate in projects from the conceptual phase until operation across the Asia Pacific region.
• Take on engineering and design of grid connections.
• Support the project development with technical expertise during the early stages of projects and new markets across the Asia Pacific region.
• Qualify and manage external engineering consultants.
• Specify and coordinate the technical aspects of tendering interconnection infrastructure projects to sub-contractors.
• Coordinate sub-contractors during design and execution of projects in cooperation with the on-site team across Asia Pacific region.
• Aggregating, managing and producing documentation and information for management, clients, lenders and advisers.
• Meet with utilities and stakeholders within the Asia Pacific region for technical discussions.
