DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Support

• Work with end-users to analyze, design, construct, and implement SAP applications in support of regular business operations
• Work as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and design or recommend solutions
• Document applications and provide cross-functional training as needed
• Maintain liaisons with business and 3rd Party consultants and internal IT team for the resolution of SAP issues
• Assist and support in the system roll-out and implementation
• Perform and maintain functional configuration to ensure that the system is working properly
• Works with functional business areas to build Business Cases for system enhancements or improvement
• Develop plans and implement related to SAP improvements
• Responsible for the fulfillment of  Service Request and Incidents in coordination with the subject matter experts and 3rd party consultants
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems encountered by the users and provide recommendations to improve the process
• Prepare appropriate procedures and documentation to hand off support to users

Project Management

• Deliver projects according to approved project management standards to ensure the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and objectives are met
• Prepare and submit regular status reports to relevant stakeholders, indicating tasks completed, risk assessment, issues encountered, and other items requiring management action

Salary: P160,000-210,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance reporting/Global Performance Reporting and Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Intensive exposure and in-depth understanding of finance operations and financial data.
• Experience in preparation of presentations/analytics/reporting to senior executives and Board.
• Relevant retail/industry experience
• MS D365 ERP and MS Power BI experience is highly desired

What will you do?

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Performance Reporting and Analysis will standardize performance reporting for Functional business teams. The role involves gathering routine information, standardizing formats, and delivering them on time to key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the CPU data project, implementing Power BI across the business.

Reporting Standardization and Strategy:

• Lead the standardization of performance reporting formats across functional business teams.
• Develop a reporting strategy and framework for the organization.
• Define and build the overall reporting strategy with the CPU Data Project (Power BI).
• Take stock of current management reporting practices in key business functions.
• Build and plan the transition to a centralized reporting framework.
• Oversee the transition of reporting from various departments like retail, products & planning, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

• Improve the visibility and understandability of standard reporting for the business.
• Drive improvements in standard reporting to reflect the true financial position (sales, profitability, balance sheet, cash flow).

Retail Reporting:

• Take ownership of the retail Profit and Loss (PandL) reporting.

• Create clear, concise, and actionable management reports for retail.

Team and Project Support:

Position Summary:

1. Land Management
   • Reviews documents, such as, but not limited to, titles, tax declarations, certifications by various government entities, in relation to the conduct of the legal diligence of properties that the Company want to acquire;
   • Provide legal opinion and summarize the risks involved in the properties if the Company decides to purchase the same;
   • Recommend to the Farms Project Team and Company’s Management on how to decrease, if not eliminate, the risks in relation to the properties;
   • Assist in contract drafting and negotiation for the sale of the properties;
   • Oversees and manages the reclassification and conversion of the properties purchased by the Company to ensure that the same may be used for the identified purpose. Reviews documents submitted to various government agencies in support of application for land use reclassification and conversion;

   • Engages in active and continuing dialogue/collaboration with the Business Partners and external counsels to promote sharing of knowledge, experience and expertise among the legal practitioners in the Aboitiz Feedall Legal Team so that existing as well as emerging legal and regulatory issues, risks, threats or trends relating to the Food Group Philippines are properly identified, managed and best legal practices are implemented group wide;

   • Assists in ensuring that the Food Group Philippines senior leadership is kept fully abreast of the changes and impact of relevant legal knowledge, developments and requirements, providing appropriate oral and written interpretations as necessary;
   • Works/coordinates closely with the Aboitiz Feedall Legal and Compliance functional team leaders (corporate secretarial, tax, contracts, labor and litigation) to ensure that the Team is fully aware of government affairs and developments that have impact on Business Units (BUs) and the Legal Team’s current practices and processes;
   • Collaborates with and assists the Aboitiz Feedall Legal and Compliance functional team leaders to develop some real knowledge and understanding of the new laws and regulations, updates and changes of current laws to allow Aboitiz Feedall Legal and Compliance to take on a more effective, proactive and business-based approach to its legal advisor role to the business units.

5. Labour
   • Handles delivery of advisory, case/matter management, policy development and training development services relating to general labor standards, basic occupational health and safety. Subcontracting arrangements, labor audit, employee discipline, union and collective bargaining advisory, alien employment regulations, and other labor and social legislation laws and regulations, all with the objective of ensuring that Food Group Philippines is compliant with relevant labor and social legislation and regulations.
   • Manage performance of external legal advisors and counsels engaged to handle labor claims initiated against Food Group Philippines, or provide outsourced legal services in relation to negotiations with labor unions and/or complying with labor and employment regulations.
   • Assist and provide recommendations to Food Group Philippines HR in the continuous improvement of hiring, pre-employment, subcontracting, post-employment and employee policies and processes.

• Support the total partnership team (payments, NON-CPG and CPG/FMCG campaigns) through development and execution of brand/marketing campaigns.
• Plan marketing campaigns to grow the partners business objectives tied to new and existing verticals within the platform (food delivery, pandamart and shops).

The Risk Compliance Specialist is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies within the organization. He/she analyzes potential risks, develop compliance strategies, and implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a culture of compliance.

The T&E Analyst is an integral member of the US Reinsurance Finance team and supports Arch’s T&E policies, system and processes. The T&E Analyst is primary responsible for auditing of expense reports, providing user support by resolving user requests and ensuring adherence with Arch’s T&E Policies.  The T&E Analyst assists in the communication with Concur users and provides assistance identifying payment discrepancies, past due balances and performing reconciliation between user account balances in Concur with company credit card statements.
