This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to recruiting operations including onboarding and post-acceptance activities in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

• Creates and distributes offer letters
• Collects onboarding documentation and processes
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders on changes to offer of employment
• Acts as point of contact for all questions related to pre-employment activities from candidates, recruiting, hiring managers and HR 
• Ensures compliance with all state and corporate regulations and laws
• Ensures strict adherence with standard protocols for electronic personnel file management and document storage
• Orders background checks, tracks completion, and assists in review and analysis of results 
• Prepares and communicates candidate background check clearances
• Connects with relevant key stakeholders and support groups to assist with onboarding, account creation, set-up, and IT requisition 
• Ensures all regional onboarding notification systems and processes are followed and updated to ensure local stakeholders are continuously informed
• Performs and tracks onboarding data entry for large volume of hires  
• Ensures accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems
• Engages and builds relationships with hiring team (hiring managers and recruiters)
• Escalates and analyzes identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
• Keeps oneself updated of current processes and incorporates documentation updates
• Supports selected simple process improvements to streamline processes  

The main role of the RPA support engineer is to create quality gates for all projects to be deployed in production. Prepare test case scenarios on project in adherence to SDLC cycle. Deploy quality and sustainable fix for any issues based on the Service Level Agreement.

Support all projects in production and leads the Quality Assurance of Projects. Attend to all issues and concerns logged in Ticketing system based on SLA.

Quality Assurance – 70%

• Analyzes the Test Cases prepared by other team members Executing the Test Cases following testing lifecycle processes.
•  Prepares Test Data for the test cases.
• Defects Tracking, giving mandatory information of a defect to developers to fix it.
• Communication with the Leads on project updates
•  Participates in team design meetings, meetings, and other development / Testing meetings and roll out of the Robots to production.

Project Support – 30%

• Fixes bugs, feature request and enhancements.
• Performs analysis on applications functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Provide project application support.

• IT Project Manager
  • Manages a diverse range of technical Information Technology (IT) projects. The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
  • Professional membership or certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Cloud Infrastructure Lead
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure in the sites. These will include: installing upgrades, troubleshooting and installation of hardware, servers, cabling, components and accessories in compliance to the organization’s standards; installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools to proactively ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability and connectivity; creating, planning and implementing detailed deployment designs as well as maintaining technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems. 
• Digital Experience /Email Marketing Specialist
  • Utilizes marketing automation platforms and fully leveraging its capabilities.  It also includes the responsibility for the day-to-day configuration, fulfillment & support, maintenance and improvement of these platforms. Working closely with the sales, marketing, designers, developers and project managers.
• Business Analyst
  • Responsible for providing necessary business analysis support from elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business needs and stakeholder requirements, solution requirements both functional and non-functional, and transition requirements relating to various software applications.
• SAP Specialist
  • Assigned to work with end-users to analyze, design, construct, and implement SAP applications in support of regular business operations
• IT Staff ( project- based)
  • Responsible for providing technical support services to end users for the SAP system at the designated site. He/She ensures compliance to Information Systems Policies and Procedures.

The role is also responsible for the planning, management and delivery of new capabilities and system enhancements and delivering these in accordance with the approved project scope and consistent with Pilmico’s Project Management Methodology (PPMM). Within the SFIA profile, the Project Manager must demonstrate Level 4 responsibilities, i.e. Enable on the competencies outlined.
