ABOUT THE ROLE

What Will You Do:

• Sales Forecasting and Business Reviews:

  • Support the preparation of weekly business reviews, including data aggregation, validation, and basic data analysis, as well as facilitating inputs for sales.

  • Help run tools and procedures that enhance sales forecasting accuracy.

Provides objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction & startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost. Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.

• Reviews contractor schedules (Baseline and updates) in Primavera P6 using critical path method (CPM) scheduling, provides comments, prepares associated reports and recommendations per contract requirements, produces scheduling management reports.

• Reviews schedule status, updates master program schedules and provides management with input on contractor and subcontract performance.

• Responsible for ensuring adherence to audit and regulatory requirements both internal and external (i.e GDPR, AECOM Privacy Policy, and SOX) ensuring the Company is compliant and risks are mitigated
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to standard protocols for electronic personnel file management and document storage
• Ability to work in HR systems including Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Employee Center including (Self Service, Knowledge Base, and Case Management) utilizing training aids and DTPs
• Basic understanding of company policies to be able to interpret and explain company policy and not solely have to rely on the vocabulary in the FAQ documents to resolve related inquiries
• Contribute to the SOP/DTP maintenance process by identifying opportunities to improve current processes, escalate for discussion and decision
• Contribute/Provide insights to continuous improvement initiatives by initiating improvement ideas and/or participating on CI project team to optimize processes
• Provide input into the completion of incident reports to enable effective issue investigation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

Looking for a Key Accounts Executive to build traction in cosmetics, skincare, and haircare through

profitable department store and chain store expansion in the Philippines

Description of Duties:

• Managing key accounts assigned, partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade

marketing strategies and plans, defining strategic brand and SKU assortment to have a

strong representation in these strategic beauty channels

• Negotiates for trade margins with new accounts or renewal of existing accounts and ensures

that all components of the value chain are maximized

• Prepares bottoms-up sales forecast for assigned accounts

• Co-champions monthly S&M meetings and cycle meetings to align the sales organization on

objectives, strategies, and plans

• Delivers the monthly quota for the channel and ensures appropriate allocation of quota to

front liners

• Conducts business review of respective channels and develops the recommended action

plans as needed to ensure our brands win in the channel

• Champions healthy customer P&Ls and identifies the right investment model for the channel

• Ensures flawless execution at the point of sale in the department store and chain store

channel

• Provides timely feedback on developments in the channel as well as competitor initiatives

• Plan and present the animations according to the marketing calendar negotiate the

animation terms and coordinate with assigned accounts on the execution of said animations

• Secure schedules, and spaces and negotiate terms for special workshops, events and other

marketing-initiated activities
