• Performs moderately complex calculation and allocation of Transfer Pricing Transactions as aligned with the transfer pricing methodology within the AECOM Group. In doing so, maintains transfer pricing model in Alteryx software on a regular basis and collaborates with the Transfer Pricing Analyst to calculate certain amounts.
• Collaborates with the Intercompany and Treasury Team to ensure accurate invoices are settled in respect of the Transfer Pricing Transactions.
• Reviews Form 8975 Annual Country-by-Country Form prepared by the Transfer Pricing Analyst, to report jurisdiction and applicable tax information to the IRS with respect to AECOM’s affiliate entities.

Procurement Operations

• Purchasing of products and services
• Management of purchase requests.
• Verification of purchase requests for appropriate approvals, pricing, quantities, descriptions, and process and ensures correctness.
• Conversation of purchase request / Order placement and complete order processing.
• Review open PR-reports on a weekly basis to ensure timely conversion to PO.
• Contact vendors to follow-up on existing orders to determine status of delivery dates, quantities and method of shipment.
• Verification of order confirmation.
• Verification of contract fulfilment via contract partner.
• Communicate all critical delivery delays/issues with the appropriate clinic/plant and Category Manager (if applicable).
• Support AP SSC (shared service centre) by following up with requestors for missing GRs and clarifying invoice issues with vendors as needed.
• Assist in the resolution of payment issues helping to address vendor name and address, price and quantity discrepancies with invoices and POs.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure credit memos are received from supplier when products are returned or scrapped.
• Research and review open PO-reports on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of reports and to determine if materials are overdue.
• Assist in facilitating purchase order changes as needed for shortages, price and terms adjustment.
• Escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.

Execution of administrative activities related to purchasing

• Execution of internal/ external correspondence.
• Maintain vendor relations through direct personal contact, phone, or written correspondence.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and valuation studies for use in the development of financial and operational business decisions. Guided by the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst should be able to extend executive support through strategic business partnering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting and Analysis
1. Ensures thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial analysis and reportorial requirements preparation for one or more divisions of the Food Group. These reports include but are not limited to the following:
a. BOD (Monthly performance highlights, latest thinking forecast)
b. EXCOM (Quarterly financial and operational highlights, other ad hoc reports)
c. MANCOM (Monthly reports covering the profitability and quality of revenue)
d. Banks (Forecasts, financial ratios)
e. Government institutions (Forecasts, other statutory requirements)
2. Prepares thorough, accurate, and timely ad hoc reports requiring deeper analysis due to higher degree of complexity and confidentiality.
3. Closely coordinates with different departments in the Food Group to ensure that relevant financial and operational information is reported and the integrity and confidentiality of the information are kept.

Financial Planning
4. Prepares the annual budget for one or more divisions of the Food Group and transitions the approved budget to the Controller's group for the monthly preparation of actual spending reports. Ensures financial forecasts reconcile with accounting reports.
5. Prepares monthly latest thinking forecast for one or more divisions of the Food Group to update full-year financial projections.
6. Ensures accurate and timely processing of CAPEX requests to effectively and efficiently manage capital spending.

Valuation and Investment Analysis

7. Builds financial models and valuation cases, and performs investment analysis for expansions,
new businesses, initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, and mergers & acquisitions.
8. Provides analytical support to Executives, Business Development team, Corporate Strategy team,
and other operational teams across the Food Group.
9. Conducts post-mortem analysis and investment lookback after achieving milestones of
investment projects.

Others:
10. Provides support to CFOs, COOs, Country Directors and Controllers, Mill Managers, and other
executives, particularly in running financial and scenario analyses for both tactical and strategic
initiatives.
11. Provides research support to Treasury, and Risk & Commodity departments, particularly in data
gathering and analysis of key economic indicators that are regularly monitored by the Food
Group.
12. Provides cash, debt, and working capital analysis for one or more divisions of the Food Group.
13. Performs other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager as needed or as business conditions
change.

This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to recruiting operations including onboarding and post-acceptance activities in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

• Collects onboarding documentation and processes
