Responsibilities:
Defines project scope and leads the development, documentation, and implementation of software development projects and change initiatives in line with organizational policies and strategies, defining and maintaining realistic project plans and monitoring progress against agreed quality and performance criteria
Makes recommendations on strategies for improvement from the initial project engagement through closure and looks for growth opportunities on the engagement
Works with higher management and the team to facilitate the internal review of processes and project engagements
Develops trusted relationships across the business to facilitate open dialogue and identifies the communication needs of each stakeholder group, ensuring engagement and obtaining formal agreement from relevant stakeholders on scope, requirements, and delivery

Develop a detailed project plan and use project tools to monitor and track progress

Minimum Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a software project team.
Experience in working with team members in different time zones and locations
Adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures
Demonstrated experience and expertise in planning and monitoring processes for capital projects, involving system development, integration, and implementation
Experienced in project planning, risk management, conflict management, and people management, having worked with technical teams and driving initiatives/work across multiple areas from a solution development perspective
Hands-on experience on project management tools like TFS or JIRA
At least 3+ years of experience in project management for software development projects
Experience in interpreting business needs of users and translating them into technical requirements
Experience in design and development of SaaS solutions for the web and native mobile apps
Knowledgeable about both theoretical and practical aspects of project management as well as project management techniques and tools
Understands application programming, database, and system design especially for software solution delivery

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for the timely and accurate recording of accounts payable data to SAP.
Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment processing, including matching purchase orders and obtaining approval.
