AECOM is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to be based in Manila, Philippines.

​​The role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's cybersecurity program aligns with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role assesses and works through cyber risks, policy implementation, and assists in operating the cybersecurity exceptions and compliance management processes​ 

Cyber Governance: 

• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and standards. 

• Execute and follow/track tasks in a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platform. 

• Ensure alignment of cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to promote cybersecurity governance awareness and compliance. 

Policy Lifecycle Management: 

• Assist with executing end-to-end policy lifecycle management process, including policy development, review, approval, and dissemination 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify policy needs, review existing policies, and ensure policy effectiveness and adherence 

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to keep policies up-to-date and aligned with emerging cybersecurity risks and standards 

General Risk Management: 

• Conduct risk assessment exercises to identify and prioritize cyber risks. 

• Work with key stakeholders such as Enterprise Risk Management, IT Infrastructure & Operations, Internal Audit, Legal, HR, and Supply Chain groups to communicate and manage Cybersecurity requirements and provide guidance around remediation or risk acceptance. 

• Provide guidance to IT, Business, and Functional teams on controls/security/risk management/compliance issues; ensure that project plans/technology initiatives are compliant with the support of a team lead or senior members of the team. 

• Communicate and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans, working closely with relevant teams to implement controls and countermeasures. 

• Monitor and report on key risk indicators, track risk treatment plans, and provide recommendations for risk reduction and mitigation. 

Cybersecurity Exceptions Management: 

• Assist with the process of handling cybersecurity exceptions and deviations from established policies or controls. 

• Evaluate exception requests, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance on risk acceptance or mitigation measures with the support of a team lead or senior members of the team. 

• Ensure exceptions are properly documented, tracked, and reported to relevant stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates daily with their respective Planners, inform them on a significant change, issues, concerns and provides projection on a per package per lot basis with thorough analysis.

• Coordinate priority revision notices per Planner feedback and ensures the Planned Completion Dates are updated in Oracle.
• Reviews commitments and provide heads up review to respective Planner on the issues that may affect the Planned Completion Dates and provides changes and updates any progress with the Planner.
• Performs All Shipment related Oracle transaction properly Performs document reviews Bonding Diagrams, CAS to ensure all are tally in actual against production use.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree any 4 year course or at least 1-2 years of directly related experience

This role will primarily be responsible to process, analyze and prepare reports on financial metrics periodically and assist in the preparation of outlook, forecast and budgeting process.

The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.

This Tax Compliance Specialist contributes mainly to performing periodic, annual and ad hoc tax activities in accordance to tax compliance of various countries such as Australia and New Zealand; generally accepted accounting principles; finance policies, and internal controls.  The role performs analytical processes under the direct supervision of AU onshore stakeholders and collaborates with various departments in completing work assigned. 

Australia and New Zealand Tax 

• Prepares assigned quarterly tax effect accounting entries and statutory tax notes. 

• Process and prepare lodgment of corporate tax returns, payroll tax obligations, and partnership tax returns. 

• Managing GST position, including preparation and lodgment of the business activity statements (BAS) and arrangement of GST payments. 

• Prepare fringe benefits tax (FBT) return, including analysis of tax sensitive accounts and determination of appropriate tax treatment. 

• Support the Manager in administering intercompany agreements and withholding tax positions. 

• Maintain tax fixed asset register. 

Others 

• Assists during tax audits through obtaining invoices and supporting information from the system 

• Completes research to support tax issues and new projects; escalates findings to Tax Manager 

• Provide regular task update with local and onshore manager/s through weekly meetings 

• Escalates and analyzes identified process issues and concerns to the Manila Tax Manager for timely resolution. 

• Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required; works with onshore manager in establishing tax compliance processes 

• Collaborates with onshore manager in establishing the tax compliance process; supports selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Business Process Improvement and Innovation

• Collaborate in assessing fraud or cyber security risks, conducting investigation, and recommending controls to mitigate fraud or cyber security risks and safeguards the organization’s assets. 
• Partner with leaders in developing KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks. 

Continuing Education & People Development

• Keep abreast of regulatory changes, industry standards, and emerging information technology risks relevant to the industry by attending trainings, forums and/or conferences and assessing their impact on the company's internal controls and audit approach.
• Regularly assess current practices, methodologies and team skills against available benchmarks (e.g. audit associations i.e. ISACA, IIA-P, International Association of Privacy Professionals) and implement programs to address issues, if any.
