The Retail & Education Manager is responsible for driving retail and net sales, monitoring SOH, supporting marketing to maximize sales, and recruiting and developing staff.  In addition, he/she is responsible for all aspects of Product training, Brow training, and Selling methods in a fun and energized learning environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Business Acumen

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales goals and effectively cascade this to the field team.
• Analyze and assess retail productivity from channels to doors to BA/BEs, including monitoring of retail and service KPIs
• Effectively lead the team to ensure that all corporate initiatives are met and collaborate with the marketing team on in-store initiatives to achieve retail sales targets.

• With the use of MJSF, consistently review the performance of team members and help create action plans for development.

Retail Operations 

• Work alongside the marketing team to develop locally relevant in-store activities, tactical offers, and promos to support focus categories and key launches.
• Responsible for all processes of the online Booking system, i.e., translation, training, liaising with the Regional team, and communicating with all local stores.  Be the contact person for any issues and liaise with the Regional team to resolve them promptly.

Visual Merchandising

The Business Process Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting value stream and business process-based projects and initiatives across 1FG. He/ she provides expertise and technical assistance for projects involving the end-to-end business process of the different business divisions of 1FG. • Perform business process mapping using globally-recognized standards and frameworks (e.g American Productivity and Quality Center) to determine value streams and business processes that are applicable to the initiative/ project. This includes determination of interfaced processes across value streams.
• Determine the required process documentations at the 1FG (Corporate), Business Unit/ Division, Country, and Mill/ Site/ Operating Unit levels by facilitating discussions with Value Stream Leads and Business Process SMEs.

• Create the business process development plan, detailing the business processes to be documented, the type of document to be created (e.g. policy, guideline, procedure, work instruction), the assigned author/ document writer, and the target completion of documentation.
