• Review actual costs and commitments, coordinate cost adjustments, and review coding accuracy.
• Identify cost (and schedule as needed) variances, investigate root cause, and develop/execute a correction action plan, as discussed with PM and Project team.
• Lead effort for tracking budget, project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities and progress measurements for work to include direct hire and subcontracted work.
• Maintain the planning/scheduling updates, applying engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships. Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule. Assess the impacts of design or construction changes and schedule slippages. Report schedule status to all levels of project and company management as well as to the Client.
• Accumulate and access historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning, forecasting, and Estimate at complete development.
• Measure progress and review performance trends. Exposure to progressive performance data and associated concepts and principals.
• Prepare reports, graphs, and charts, to communicate project status.
• Proficiency with company’s financial systems, processes and procedures such as segmentation, work at risk and revenue recognition requirements and processes and be able to align with project status and assist in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issues.
• May coordinate/review invoices for consistency with contract requirements and rates. May interface with Billing and accounting staff.
• Assist the Project Manager with reporting on accounts receivables and unbilled issues as assigned.
• Support Project team, with the change control management process and gain insight into rational and importance of change events. Support project with pricing and determining schedule impact of change orders.
• Assist PM with support on gathering information to develop trending, forecasting and estimate to complete process. May assist PM with WAR (work at risk) and RAR (Revenue at Risk) forms.
• May provide guidance, direction and specialized assistance to others in the resolution of project controls problems.

Closeout phase

• Review project scope and determine all contractual deliverables have been met, discuss with PM.
• Coordinate with PM/procurement for closeout of sub-agreements
• Support PM with input of final EAC
• Support with coordination of final invoice as directed.

Foreign Exchange Management:

• Monitor and manage the Company’s foreign currency exposure and execute hedging strategies according to the Company’s policy.
• Execute FX transactions to manage the company’s foreign currency needs.
• Forecast USD and third currency requirements ensuring sufficient liquidity of the accounts managed.
• Analyze FX market trends and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable FX rates and manage FX deals.
• Stay informed about any updates to BSP regulations regarding foreign currency exchange transactions to ensure the Company executes transactions in compliance with both banking and BSP regulations.

Cash Management:

• Oversee daily cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s operational needs.
• Manage short-term investments and working capital to optimize returns.
• Perform cash forecasting to anticipate future liquidity needs and identify funding gaps.
• Collaborate with ACPC, Sales, Procurement, and Credit and Collections team to optimize cash flow processes and minimize cash holding costs.

Debt Management

• Oversee and manage the company’s debt obligations, ensuring timely loan repayments, effective interest rate management, and compliance with financial covenants.
• Support the negotiation and structuring of debt facilities to ensure they align with the company’s overall financial strategy.
• Evaluate the company’s debt portfolio, optimize debt levels, and propose strategies to reduce financing costs.
• Regularly prepare detailed reports on debt positions and offer recommendations for refinancing and debt consolidation opportunities.

Bank Relationship Management:

• Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners for FX and cash management services:
• Ensure adherence to banking agreements and monitor associated fees and services
• Manage the opening and upkeep of bank accounts.

Risk Management:

• Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with FX, liquidity, and debt, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Continuously review and enhance hedging, cash flow management, and debt servicing approaches to reduce exposure to market volatility and financial uncertainty.

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Support the automation and optimization of treasury processes and systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve treasury operations.
