We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be instrumental in managing our business operations, ensuring efficient project delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management, building internal tools (Notion, Asana, CRM), and performing administrative tasks, alongside playing a key role in strategic planning and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
• Oversee internal relationship management, including onboarding, and communication.
• Efficiently handle and integrate business operations tools such as Notion, Asana, and CRM systems.
• Conduct client feedback collection and analysis, fostering continuous improvement.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support the team in operational needs.
• Participate in strategic planning and execute business strategies.
• Manage HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Setup marketing and sales processes such as build newsletter/blog content calendar, assist with organizing marketing content

• Minimum 2 years of experience (Well rounded who can implement business processes)
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and experience in managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM systems; Google Workspace, Hubspot (big plus), and Notion (big plus)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities (Above Average to Excellent)
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement.
• Experience in managing client relationships and understanding of customer service principles.
• Nice to have interest in cybersecurity and tech focused.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the tasks of the Admin & Facilities, and Finance staff.           
• Creates an office budget and ensures that budget provision is followed.           
• Acts as the Financial Controller who tracks and endorses expenditures for payments.           
• Monitors all types of office requests and procurement requirements.           
• Ensures that all statutory and government requirements are submitted and completed in a timely manner.           
• Organizes the schedule for maintenance and other cleaning schedules the company requires to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working condition.           
• Reports office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.      
• Coaches team members for improvement and development.           
• Ensures all day-to-day tasks assigned are completed correctly in a timely manner.       

• At least 2 years of experience as site or office admin, preferably within the BPO industry
• Excellent English communication skills
