We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, mental health, and primary care.
We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.
Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.
We’ve grown >40x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM), are cashflow positive, have expanded our state coverage to >90% of US population, and have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone)
We're still a young startup and are moving quickly. We have a long way to go. This is still Day 1.

The opportunity as Creative Lead
As Creative Lead , you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth and CEO to shape the creative vision and direction across social campaigns and content.
You’ll start by auditing current creative assets and performance - identifying opportunities to refine strategies and creative that break through the noise and speak authentically to our audience. You'll set the vision and own execution of high-converting concepts across Meta, YouTube, and other formats.
Over time, you’ll transition into the creative growth expert, pioneering new social content frontiers that expand our reach and impact. You'll continually push the boundaries of campaign creativity.
In the future, you’ll be on the path to owning the entire creative direction for Fella as our brand scales. This means leading a high-caliber in-house team producing standout creative that delights customers and drives transformative business growth.
This is a full-time remote role.
You'll work report directly to our Head of Growth, as well as working closely with our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Refresh messaging and positioning - You'll re-evaluate our current messaging frameworks and value propositions. You’ll ensure our communications properly convey our differentiation, why we're worth it, and align deeply with customer needs/wants. You’ll tighten our messaging to be clear, compelling, and converting across campaigns.
- Audit existing creative - You’ll thoroughly evaluate current creative campaigns and assets. You’ll identify opportunities to better appeal to our core demographics and align to growth goals. You’ll take ownership of improving campaign performance through superior creative.
- Leading creative creation - You will spearhead the development of breakthrough concepts and content across campaigns and platforms—beginning with Meta (Facebook+Instagram) and soon expanding into new channels such as YouTube. This entails pushing boundaries to resonate with our audience in innovative ways, ultimately driving sustainable reach, conversion, and retention growth.
In the near future- Pioneer new creative mediums and campaigns - You’ll spearhead testing innovative content formats (e.g. VSLs), platforms, and distribution channels. You’ll formulate creative experiments focused on sustainable, scalable reach and conversion growth.

- Social ad mastery: You have 5+ years of successfully leading high-converting social ad creative. You know what makes an ad stand out and perform in the noisy Meta ecosystem.
- Conceptual innovator: You possess creative ideation abilities far above average. You brainstorm inventive social ad formats, approaches and narratives that stop scrollers in their tracks.
- Persuasive storyteller: You have exceptional copywriting and content skills focused on social engagement and conversion. Your superior messaging routinely achieves best-in-class CTRs and lower CPCs/CPMs.
- Cross-channel optimizer: You tailor creative across platforms based on performance data. You ensure creative synergy across Meta, YouTube, landing pages and other touchpoints.
Nice to have
- Specific expertise: You likely have experience across the creative stack - from writing to design to production. The more breadth, the better.
- VSLs: You possibly have experience leading the creative process for the launch of high-converting VSLs.
- Testing mindset: You methodically experiment with creative to let response data - not assumptions - guide optimization.
