• The Supply Planning Lead is responsible for defining an efficient, cost-effective and stable supply plan that supports sales forecasts and meet inventory targets.  
• He/She also partners with key stakeholders to support activities related to new product introduction, trade and customs, tolling and inventory management.
• The Supply Planning Lead is also in charge in managing appropriate levels of inventory including its movement and validating the accuracy of both physical and system counts.

Accountabilities

Planning

• Ensure an efficient, cost-effective and stable supply plan (Finished Goods, Collaterals) that supports sales forecasts at acceptable inventory levels
• Provide useful data and supply analysis during local and regional business meetings (Pre-SOP, SOP, Business Meetings and NPI Meetings).
• Maintain accurate gSAP information and ensure that planning process is aligned to gSAP requirements at all times.
• Drives all Supply-required activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI) by working closely with key stakeholders for package development and the region for range requests approval and supply negotiations.
• Partners with the Trade & Customs officer to ensure the efficient importation of goods through closed loop communication of the procurement plan.
• Partners with Marketing to define the appropriate inventory buffers and recommend an appropriate supply/procurement plan that addresses forecast variabilities and cost targets
• Monitor related cost elements within IMC control such as duties and non-duties
• Appropriately set vendor and toller schedules in accordance with the demand requirements and procurement plans.  Ensure that all collaterals (packaging, containers, labels, etc) for local repacking are available and procured on-time and in the right quantities.
• Document changes in the planning process and identify improvement areas in business processes to make the work more efficient. 

Inventory Management

• Responsible for maintaining   regional and international   inventory   within acceptable levels as set by Regional and Country objectives.
• Identify ways   to manage order quantity through MOQ negotiation, sourcing strategy and logistics consideration.
• Ensure   that   acceptable levels of inventory rate accuracy (IRA) in all warehouses and tolling plants through the monitoring, support and management of said activities via cycle counts
• Drives Marketing to define move-out plans for expired and SLOB inventory to reduce inventory write off. 
• Tracks Expired and Near-Expiring inventory and coordinates with WH Lead and HSE officers on appropriate action plans to faciliate the move-out (disposal or extension) of ageing inventory
• Recommends and monitors levels of provision and implementation of goods disposal activities.
• Provide inputs on SUs under RGM (Return Goods Memo) to ensure that returned items will not worsen inventory condition.
• Ensure that supplying   IMC’s adhere to the service agreement particularly on   details relating   to inventory such as shelf-life, lead-time and MOQ.
• Works with Production and Tolling Manager to ensure proper supply planning
• Works with Quality Team to ensure that inventories are properly classified in the system

• Citi in Asia is rolling out RegInsight for Local Regulatory Reporting (“LRR”) using a standardized and automated approach. A few Asia countries have started to implement RegInsight and more countries will follow in the years ahead
• In order to execute the implementation programs in a more efficient manner, Citi is setting up a centralized team in Asia to support the Asia country programs and the reporting processes. The centralized team members will be mostly based in Manila, which is one of the strategic sites of Citi Finance for US Reporting, and will work closely with representatives in the Asia countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India in meeting the countries’ reporting obligations to their specific regulators

Key Responsibilities of the centralized team members:

RegInsight Implementation Project Management:

• Leading, tracking and driving the progress of the requirements work stream of the program.
• Monitoring effort and deliverables to ensure the work stream delivers according to milestones.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an individual who will ensure that IW effectively collaborates, coordinates and cooperates with multiple stakeholders, including the Australian Embassy in the Philippines, representatives of the Government of the Philippines  and a range of Filipino implementing and policy partners for strong communication and take-up of strategic opportunities to advance end-of-program outcomes.

The Philippines Technical and Policy Reform Lead will:

Client Management 

• Manage IW’s engagement with the Australian Embassy in the Philippines:  
  • Promoting and supporting strong linkages between IW and Post.
  • Provide the Embassy with current and relevant information relating to program implementation and provide entry points for enhanced knowledge sharing with other DFAT programs.
  • Work with the Embassy to identify public diplomacy opportunities to build DFAT’s private sector relationships, advance DFAT’s bilateral policy reform agendas, and create opportunities for DFAT dialogue on contemporary gender issues with key actors.
  • Support regular coordination mechanisms with DFAT Post including quarterly Country Sub-Committee Meetings, annual Staff Planning meetings, the annual review of the Philippines Country Strategy, and program reporting. 

Policy Leadership

• Develop and maintain networks with relevant policy stakeholders across the Philippines to identify potential for policy reforms impacting the care economy. 
• Work with Workstream 2 Director to develop initiatives and establish partnerships to enable policy reform impacting the care economy in the Philippines in line with IW’s Enabling Care Policy Reform Strategy, including identifying opportunities, collaborative design, procurement, contracting, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Lead the delivery of Workstream 2 partnerships and policy interventions in the Philippines, including partnership and contract management.  
• Work with IW’s Monitoring, evaluation, learning and research (MERL) team to support the monitoring of Workstream 2 partner progress and impact assessment in the Philippines. 
• Work with the Workstream 2 Director and Technical Coherence Senior Manager to support Workstream 2 reporting of partner progress and impact in the Philippines.

• Ensure IW activities are adaptive and responsive to the Philippine country context and are delivered in line with country-level economic prospects, private sector interests, policy context and prevalent social norms.  
• Work with IW Workstream Directors to support strategic local and regional partnerships that demonstrate the links between improving the enabling environment for women’s economic participation and their empowerment, and support IW’s End of Program Outcomes (EOPOs):  
  • EOPO1 Workplace Gender Equality: More workplaces adopt and implement workplace gender equality organisational changes.
  • EOPO2 Enabling Policy Reform: Policy stakeholders are influenced by private sector perspectives and other evidence related to care economy and/or WEE.
  • EOPO3 Campaigns and Communities of Practice: More early adopters of gender equality demonstrate progressive behaviour and advocate for broader change.
  • EOPO4 Gender Lens Investing: Increase investment in businesses that disproportionately benefit women across targeted countries.

The Dispute & Support Operations Team Lead will lead a team of Dispute and Support Operations (DSO) team members of different levels, completing dispute work on behalf of DPS and VDMS clients.  They are subject matter experts in their field and as such will be a point of contact and escalation within the department for complex dispute matters.  Candidate will establish processes for efficient completion of Prepaid, Debit, and Regionals disputes in order to maximize resource utilization rates and Client recoveries.

Essential Functions

• Oversight and development of a team, coaching and mentoring team to maximize performance
• Manage methods of delivery through the optimization of established workflows, ensuring that all cases are worked within set timeframes and in accordance with local, federal, and Visa regulations

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. About the role:

As a Senior Paid Social Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce clients through strategic and impactful paid social campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks to optimize campaign performance, foster team collaboration, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain profit-driven campaigns across Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
• Set quarterly goals & objectives with key metrics in mind
• Review and optimize ad spending based on performance, client needs, and data-first tactics
• Help lead & manage a team of buyers
• Communicate clearly through regular client meetings independently and as a team with the ability to confidently articulate insights & action steps
• Prepare reports showcasing performance but more importantly, what we're actually going to DO with that information
• Stay dialed into what is happening in the e-commerce industry whether that is new platform updates or fresh tactics

• 3+ years of experience in executing Paid Social Media campaigns within the e-commerce domain, proficient in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.  
• Experience in Meta Ads is a must.
• Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social, leveraging insights from both to optimize campaign performance.  
• Demonstrated experience in orchestrating email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms, or collaborating closely with teams responsible for email marketing initiatives.  
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting narratives that effectively convey data-driven outcomes and articulate next steps.  
• Genuine commitment to achieving client objectives, prioritizing client satisfaction and success in every interaction.  
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work requirements, particularly during high-demand periods like BFCM.  
• Familiarity with project management tools to efficiently organize tasks, collaborate with teams, and streamline workflows.
