• Assist in the production of upcoming in-house video projects, including vlogs, onboarding videos, training videos, comedy skits, and the Grow with Us video series.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging concepts and content ideas for video projects.
• Contribute to various graphic design and deck designing requests, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Assist with event documentation and coverage of engagement activities, onsite trainings, and graduation ceremonies.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to fast-paced project requirements.

• Support the coordination of interviews and assessments.
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system and compiling 201 files from new hires and existing employees.
• Documenting 201 files from time to time for auditing purposes
• Collaborate with various TA team members on various recruitment projects.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in practicum/internship units.
• With strong attention to details and scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• With good communication skills speaking to candidates.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup (once a week).
• Interest in the gaming industry is a plus.

You do not need to have previous legal experience or aspirations of becoming a lawyer to be considered for this position. Law students are welcome to apply but you must have a minimum 2-3 years left on your studies and be able to work full time without your studies affecting your ability to perform the work required or your attendance at work.
