The Brand Associate is responsible for strategic positioning and brand promotion of a specific brand to be able to capture the attention of target consumers. He/She analyses and monitors market trends to assess the impact of branding and promotional activities on the ground.
✅Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications, Business, or its equivalent.
âś…Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
âś…Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
âś…Strong leadership.
âś…Ability to work within defined timeline.
âś…Analytical thinker in terms of forecasting and branding plans.
âś…Good stress and time management.
âś…Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
âś…Ability to multitask.
âś…Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
âś…Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Brand Management.

âś…Organized, flexible, assertive, and has a high sense of urgency.
