JOB SUMMARY:
This role will be reporting to the Senior People and Legal Operations Manager and will support all functions of the Legal Department particularly  Corporate, Product and Commerce.

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
•    Assist on reviewing contracts based on playbooks and prepare redlines or summaries of deal terms for Corporate Legal
•    Review contract amendments (ensuring these accurately reflect deal terms) together with negotiating and concluding agreements.
•    Routine reporting on contract matters
•    Assist on Sec, 16 Filing, Equity Tracking, G&A support.
•    Data entry
•    Legal Research on Labor and Employment Law related matters.
•    Filing, archiving and general administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•    Bachelor’s Degree. Legal background, knowledge or experience preferred but not required.

•    Experience with foreign contracts and integrating into templates on contract platform a plus.
•    Highly detail-oriented, organized and patient.

Role Description 

The IT Security Officer serves as the process and policy owner related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information/data. A key element of the IT Security Officer’s role is working with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk for the organization. Control Risks is currently looking for an experienced Security Director to be embedded with our client, a large multinational company, based in Mindanao, Philippines. This role will play a key part in the ongoing development of the client’s holistic security programme.

The Security Director will lead the security function and assume responsibility for the delivery of the security programme specific to the client's operations. The Security Director is tasked with the development of the security plan, which will assess threats, risks and resources. They will also coordinate security and incident training for local security officers. Responsibilities will include:
