About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Sales and Social Media Coordinator for our client in Australia. You will help support their digital marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
•  You will be handling the social media content in Facebook and Instagram, keeping posts updated, and basic image creation.
•  Website editing, page creation and editing, regular blog posting
•  Maintenance of product catalogue on ecommerce website including pricing
• Maintenance of product catalogue on Google Ads
• Maintenance of product catalogue on Meta Business Centre Commerce (Facebook and Instagram)
• Maintain and add to the Mailchimp database
•  Assist with Mailchimp campaigns
•  Help implement new Zendesk features including articles and chat functionality
•  Future) Manage incoming sales leads via Zendesk messaging and chat.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Content
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Scheduling (Hootsuite),
- Basic Graphic Design skills (Canva), Basic Google Analytics experience and Basic Google Ads experience (merchant centre spreadsheet)
- Experience in E-Newsletter experience (Mailchimp)
- Excellent organizational skills (Asana)
