We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the finance department in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Assistance within the finance team - eg tracking deliverables, scheduling follow up calls, meeting notes and actions.
- Maintaining and tracking version control on all finance key policies.
- Assisting with maintenance and creation of key finance documents into Turnitin branding.
- Process and manage employee expense reports for XLT members in Finance.
- Organize and maintain financial records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and manage the calendars for the finance team.
- Assist in the coordination of a compliance calendar for all deadlines within finance.
- Create and share an internal update on deadlines monthly for leadership
- Support recruitment activities within the finance department.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities within the finance department.
- Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of finance functions.
- Update KPIs and distribute to management.
- Ensure all SOPs are created and tracked centrally.
- Adhoc projects as required.
- 1+ year proven experience in an administrative/coordinator role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
