About the job:

Responsible for scheduling clients and Care Professionals in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assist with Care Pro training including training required to meet company Standards and additional optional training.
• Review Care Logs for any anomalies and contact pertinent parties by phone and email.
• Schedule and conduct Care Pro engagement meetings.
• Monitor clock ins and notify appropriate persons when CG is late, etc and follow-up with CG and/or client

The role is part of the Source to Pay Team supporting the risk management of Third-Party Business Partners. The role is expected to do assigned tasks with direct supervision. Under direct supervision, the role will perform multiple tasks including serving as a point of contact for suppliers and requestors and collaborating closely with various teams, including Procurement, Cross-Functional Partners, Requisition to Receipt and Invoice to Pay Teams, and Accounts Payable and Receivable.

We are seeking a Wholesale Coordinator who will be responsible for managing inbound leads, reaching outbound leads and ensuring seamless coordination for wholesale orders. This role requires a blend of customer relationship management, e-commerce expertise, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

 Leads Management:

• Monitor and respond to bulk order leads in Klaviyo and sales inbox.
• Maintain detailed records of leads and interactions in Google Sheets/Hubspot.
• Initiate contact with potential wholesale customers, providing samples, virtual mockups, and quotes as needed.
• Proactively follow up with leads to convert inquiries into orders.
• Reach out to leads provided (10+ daily) with a template email and keep track of outbound leads separately 

Wholesale Order Coordination:
