About the team

As a Software Engineer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. JOB SUMMARY:

We’re seeking an experienced Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure cloud engineer who has expertise in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud. This is a remote position which opens to candidates based in Philippines, covering the late hours for the Australian Customer Service Team.The role is responsible for the shift starts 5am-1pm (Australia Timezone ) = 3am-11am (Philippines timezone, until 7th April then 2am to 10am)

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers

What will you contribute?

The Senior Technical Support Engineer also uses their technical expertise to assist functional consultants on a as needed basis. At times, this role may be called upon to do testing on beta deliveries or fixes before they are released to customers or be requested to go on site to handle issues on the client’s premises.
