Key tasks and responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership and guidance to a specialist team engaged with mobile equipment and fixed plant maintenance to: 

• Strengthen the safe work culture through actively leading and supporting Didipio’s safe systems of work.

The Facilities and Assets Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for day-to-day facilities and asset operations. This includes developing and maintaining databases for facilities inventory, condition assessments and scheduled maintenance. The role will also serve as the primary contact for asset management, preparing reports, analyzing IT and office equipment inventory and ensuring adequate supply levels. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Facilities Coordination

• Carries out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and equipment according to the standards and requirements.

Seeking a suitably qualified and reliable Technician – Geological Services to support and assist the company in its pursuit of exploration and discovery of Au-Cu deposits in the Philippines. The role will report to the Senior Geologist – Exploration.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Participate in geological field surveys and mapping exercises under the guidance of senior geologists
• Assist in collecting geological samples, such as rock cores or soil samples, for laboratory analysis
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during fieldwork activities, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct maintenance activities by following established standard operation procedures
• Conduct routine maintenance activities in a timely manner
• Apply string fault finding and diagnostic capabilities
• Complete required data collection process
• Operate drilling equipment according to basic safety protocols
• Identify basic drilling issues and report them to supervisors;
• Prepare drilling equipment and documentations before conducting drilling works

The IT Helpdesk Technician be part of a highly technical engineering team responsible for 
architecting and delivering solutions. This role will be a unique blend of hands on delivery, solutions design and architecture.

The IT Specialist’s role is to ensure proper computer and software operation 
and to assist end users when problems occur, so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving end user requests. • Help Desk Requests
• Field and prioritise requests from end users in a prompt and courteous manner
• Work to resolve them. 
• Escalate requests when required, to the appropriately skilled IT Level 1 or 2 resource.
• Track and document the Help 
• Desk request following the process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for Help Desk requests.
• Apply diagnostic tools to aid in troubleshooting as and when required.
• Perform post-resolution follow up to ensure user satisfaction and proper problem resolution.

• Execute tester control monitoring.
• Highlights issues to engineers when problems are encountered which may affect experiment results. Updates engineers with the status specially when delays are encountered and result feedback is affected.
• Provide initial analysis on test parameters (SER, TD, OW, etc.) 
• Ensures test plan are followed and executed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conducts inspection, analysis and disposition of raw materials in storage bins and prepares inspection reports.
2. Conducts Raw material sampling from delivery trucks, vans and vessels.
3. Conducts sampling , inspection and monitoring of Raw materials in site storage and external warehouses for Raw materials.
4. Informs concerned department/s on deviation/non-conformity found to ensure that corrective actions will be implemented.
5. Implements standard operating procedure on retained sample management.
6. Conducts weekly bulk density monitoring and prepares report.
7. Conducts Mycotoxin analysis of selected raw materials and finished feeds for monitoring.
8. Assists in the design, development and implementation of quality control standards and programs.

Record Management

1. Manages and maintains a recording system of all   analysis results of raw materials used for easy retrieval and reference.
2. Accomplishes shift reports of RM delivery at every end of shift.
3. Manages and maintains Certificate of Analysis of Macro, Micro and Packaging materials.

General Tasks

1. Monitor QA samplers activity, laboratory supplies and samples inventory.
2. Participates and contributes with cross-functional teams involving various process improvement activities.
3. Perform jobs other than the current assignment under the following situations:
a. when the employees assigned to do the task is on leave
b. when the employees assigned to do the task in question is out of work area due to other assignments such as official business trips, field work, special projects, attending seminars or trainings
c. when the employees assigned to do the task in question is assigned to do jobs of higher priority
4. Complies any or all of the following as may be assigned or required:
a. be a core group member in any of the company's Integrated Programs
b. be a member of QIT within the department and may be requested to be a member in a cross-functional project team
5. Participate in company programs and in meetings pertaining to quality improvement, efficiency, productivity, security and safety, sanitation and food safety, environment, waste reduction, sustainability, social responsibility and risk management.
6. Takes an active role in the implementation and maintenance systems such as ISO and 5S/GMP/HACCP.
