Risk Finance Management Duties

Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor in ensuring completeness of the documents and values for insurance renewal submitted at least 30 days prior to expiration of existing policy.
Coordinates with accounting and other department to determine the updated list of assets with corresponding sum insured values.
Maintains insurance registry requirement through regular property appraisal and monthly monitoring of acquisition and disposal of assets.
Liaises and assists internal and external Risk Surveyors, asset valuation surveyors and appraisers.
Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor in securing proposals from accredited suppliers for insurance coverage in coordination with AEV Risk Finance team.
Monitors and maintains approved insurance policies are incepted, implemented and paid on a timely manner.
Monitors and maintains risk engineering survey files to ensure that is updated regularly by the relevant stakeholders.
Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor on the conduct of insurance briefings to relevant stakeholders at the sites to ensure understanding of the approved insurance policy.
Assists in securing and maintaining the necessary information for the preparation of risk management reports including but not limited to the following:
- Status of insurance claims
- Motor car insurance claims
- Insurable risk maps
- Risk engineering progress reports
- Total cost of insurable risk
Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor in providing the necessary insurance support, education, and training to the Food Group Management and Staff.
Keeps abreast with new developments and advances on the enterprise risk management industry practices, quality and environmental management technology through magazines/periodicals, and attendance to relevant seminars and conferences.

Insurance Claims Management Duties

Coordinates with relevant stakeholders at the sites to ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
Monitors and follows up all requirements and information needed to support claims are submitted to the insurance providers within the prescriptive period.
Monitors and follows up that the claims settlement is collected as soon as claim evaluation is done and finalized according to policy terms and conditions.
Assists the Risk Finance Supervisor on the consistent implementation of established incident reporting and insurance claims process and methodologies.

Others:

Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Performs other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Checks and updates the documentation of risk finance policies, procedures and standard operating procedures in line with the Food Group’s standard documentation system.
Oversees and manages logistics and administrative requirements of risk finance activities such as, but not limited to the following:
- Appraisal activities
- Risk engineering surveys
- Asset valuation surveys
- Insurance briefing and orientations
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time from other risk management programs such as but not limited to the following:
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management
- Information Security Management
Appointed membership to committees whenever necessary.
Participates in current and futures business initiatives such as Partners in Leadership, Risk Management, CRM, Comrel, IBP, Safety, ISO, Branding, ISMS, etc.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Service Efficiency

Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi –QPMS), Termite Management Program
Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection
Ensure accurate and on time submission of reports agreed with customer.
Undertake periodic inspection to HD/KA customer; discuss fully finding result and recommendation. Seek agreement on the action plan.

Administration and Policy Directive

Assist Technical Manager in planning, scheduling, preparation of suitable training materials and conduct of technical training.
Assist Technical Manager in updating Authorized Product List, coordinate request on addition and removal from the list. Coordinate with procurement department and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit, monitor status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment)
Assist in any program that supports Quality service within division
Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objective.
Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which yet to have the capability and to complement those which have.
Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge on Pest Management through private study, membership of association, attendance at course, study of technical literature provided by Company and practical experience in the field.

Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, which require follow-up action by local Branch.
Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendation to the Branch or Service Heads.
Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches
Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customer on a current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicle, equipment monies provided by Company and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used on other purposes outside Company’s interest.
Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene

Customer Development

Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling, and improve collection.
Attend required training, meetings, conferences, and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance, and customers’ requirement.

The Team

This role manages computing environment to protect production systems that is critical to business success. This is related to managing incidents in relation to ATM operations and other related systems.

What you will be doing

Act as focal point for incident review and escalation if necessary.
Support a computer operations environment that meets all service level agreements, availability, response time parameters, etc. and availability targets.
Works across a wide array of product lines and engages various levels of management on a day to day basis.
Use ITIL framework, as the Incident Management process is a key input into the established Change and Problem processes.
Develop, coordinate and promote incident management activities across enterprise and takes responsibility for effective functioning of Incident Management processes across all support areas.
Engagement following onset of a production incident.
Provide immediate tactical response and coordination minimizing duration of service interruptions.
Consult with other teams on proper integration and correlation of the incident management process and their respective areas.
Provide regular incident bulletins to teams concerning open or ongoing incidents.
Ensure effective and rapid response to major incidents.
Review and recommend, as appropriate, changes to support processes to ensure continuous improvement of the incident management process.
Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

Must have at least 2 years of work experience as Incident Management Analyst for ATM Operations.
Experience in handling tickets or incidents
Must have a good understanding on ATM fault, dispatch, onlining and deployment is a big plus.
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City and currently located in Metro Manila.
Open to work with shifting schedules.
Considerable knowledge of incident management principles, procedures and techniques
Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems and conflict
Ability to provide acute attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
Good communications skills
Highly trainable and has willingness to learn the processes and new skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a working environment

Perform peer quality audits on worker and rate uploads
Provide support on other various Data Management project initiatives

Prior experience managing a team of analysts and leading workforce analytics projects from conception implementation is a plus
