Skills Required:

• At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role
• Background in real estate and/or investments

• Excellent communication skills

What will you do?

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and execute plans for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Designing a brochure for marketing in the real estate and investment.
• Promotional items (Pens, t-shirt, cups etc.)
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Event Management: Plan and execute events or conferences to promote the company and its products/services.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials.
• Create monthly newsletter relating to the products and services of the company.
• Market Research (Real Estate Rental and investment products): Identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities and analyze customer behavior and preferences.

• At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager.

·         Follow-up with marketing provided client leads in a timely manner.

·         Populates and maintains a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.

·         Remains current to market trends and competitor offerings

·         Active on social applications promoting ConnectOS services.

·         Coordinate client recruitment activities as needed.

·         5+ years B2B sales experience

·         2+ years of EMEA sales experience

·         Must have proven track record of success in achieving quota as a direct sales individual contributor.

·         Solutions oriented mindset and skilled in prospecting into new clients and new buyers

·         Advanced sales presentation skills, demonstrated ability to deliver a compelling value proposition to prospective clients and senior stakeholders.

·         Ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a timely fashion.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
