Distribution Enablement and Support

• Driving “outside-in” taxonomy, IA (within global framework), tagging and content performance with a core focus on experience fragments, localization, and personalization.

• Helping to drive the development of both analytics capabilities and processes, as well as accelerating the use of analytics by Marketers for insights and decision-making.

What you need to have:

• Strong experience in strategizing, designing, and executing a digital marketing presence that successfully amplified brand, client/prospect engagement and online leads/e-commerce sales.
• Proven digital marketing expertise and knowledge including across IA/taxonomy, tagging, SEO/SEM, lead nurture, experience/content fragments for localization, personalization, accessibility, UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, email promotions, etc. Experience with HTML and CSS is an asset.
• Strong analytics skills to track and measure performance and make data-driven decisions (including A/B testing).
• Strong Martech knowledge including with platforms such as AEM, MS Dynamics 365, Adobe Target, GA/Adobe Analytics, Workfront, SEMrush or other equivalent enterprise digital platforms. Experience in international websites management and Martech is a plus.
• Outstanding solution-focused delivery with a track record in strong attention to detail, problem solving to achieve desired results and a proven ability to flex own style to be both strategic and hands-on when required. Familiarity with Agile tools and methodology is an asset.

- Promote cost management initiatives and efficiencies, including but not limited to implementing and maintaining budgets, analyzing cost drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

- Working with the company financial team to manage company cashflow, enforce internal controls and policies (J-SoX, US GAAP, IFRS, OGR and local GAAP).

- Drive/support ad hoc projects and tasks such as profitability analysis of new product development, business cases, capital investments, systems implementation and projects in Finance, gross margin analytics, management reporting.

Job Requirements:

- Academic Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree

- Working experiences:

• Extensive working experience in an international commercial environment

• Proven skills in process and compliance management

• Strong accounting knowledge and experiences

• Knowledge of relevant ERP systems (JD Edwards) will be an advantage

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent and effective communication skills.

• Flexible. able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Remains flexible to deal with changing business requirements and can manage task variation and prioritize to ensure critical work tasks are completed on time, accurately and completely.

• 4 - 7 years' experience

- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

- IT skill and literacy: Excellent knowledge in MS office suite
