Primary Responsibilities    

The Email Marketing Publisher is responsible for the day-to-day execution and dispatch of email marketing campaigns to promote events, trainings and services offered by SGS and setup of webinar for global and local marketers. The publisher is also expected to perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automation Project Manager and the Global Web & Email Marketing Manager that contributes to the goals of the business affiliates in the generation of business leads.

Specific Responsibilities   

• Review and assess the correctness, completeness and validity of the requests and their accompanying documents that go into the Email Marketing request queue
• Create email marketing campaigns using the SGS email templates while ensuring compliance to SGS Brand marketing guidelines and email marketing best practices
• Setup webinars through the official tool used by the Company to allow supported marketers to promote and host webinars for their respective clients, including setup of multi-step campaigns as they deem necessary
• As part of the QA process, ensure a thorough buddy QA on campaigns created by teammates, spotting errors and inconsistencies between the request template and the draft output and at the same time checking for any violation of SGS Brand marketing guidelines and best practices
• Review campaigns created by independent business marketers to ensure compliance with the Email Marketing and SGS Brand marketing guidelines
• Ensure compliance with the Email Marketing team’s Service Level Agreement, responding to requests within 24 hours from receipt and completion of requests within the agreed schedule with business marketer
• Perform non-operational tasks directly related to an SGS.com and/or Email Marketing project as assigned by the team lead, team manager or the Marketing Automation Project Manager
• Perform other tasks that are related to the department and/or organization’s vision and goals

As a Digital Marketing Associate, she will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. She will work closely with the Digital team and the cross functional teams -- Marketing, TMD, and Sales to implement various digital campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and contribute to the overall online presence and business delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:
   • Lead creating Digital Campaigns for all relevant digital platforms, primarily Social media, SMS, Tiwala, and Cropwise.
   • Influence FF to submit needed assets on time
   • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across digital channels.
2. Social Media Management:
   • Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media analytics.
   • Be open to exploratory projects like Influencer Marketing and other relevant trends
   • Ensure inquiries are responded to on a timely manner.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Utilize analytics tools like Emplifi and Meta to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Digital Advertising Support:
   • Lead the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across digital marketing initiatives.
6. Other Digital Marketing Initiatives:
   • Help with innovative digital marketing solutions fit for Syngenta
   • Pro-actively assess other digital marketing strategies that can be tested for Syngenta

Senior Manager of HR Technology

Primary Responsibilities    

• The Manager of HR Technology (Workday) Services will be a key leader, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
• The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Tier 2 analysts to fulfill critical client-side roles in our Workday implementation, while simultaneously developing our knowledge and capability to deliver outstanding support and service to stakeholders and end users for post go-live ownership of the Workday solution.
• During implementation, this leader will serve as the Workday Testing Lead, including the development of test strategies and plans, coordination of testing activities, development of KPIs, education of testers, and partner to both internal and third party Workday experts to ensure proper defect resolution and re-testing of the Workday solution.

Specific Responsibilities   

• As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include: Maintain Tier 0 support documentation for the Workday solution.
• Evaluate services request volume and trends, and leverage data to prioritize additional training needs and process improvements in Workday.
• Assist Regional HR Technology managers with continuous improvement at Regional level to reduce number of escalations required. Manage regression testing and new feature adoptions in Workday quarterly releases.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University, master’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent educational level.
• Min 10 years relevant experience in managing Supply Chain and

• Profound know how of supply/demand planning, warehousing and logistics in multisite environments
• Management Experience ((at least 5 years)
• Proficiency in ERP-systems (SAP) and Business Intelligence reporting Financial acumen.
