Carousell is looking for an Accounting Associate Manager part of its corporate controllership team responsible for consolidation and intercompany transactions for the group.

About the Role

As an Accounting Associate Manager, you will be collaborating with the finance teams across the group. The successful candidate will bring to the team a solid background in handling consolidation, financial reporting and intercompany processes of the group. This is an independent contributor role, reporting to the Accounting Senior Manager. This role will be on contract basis for a period of 6-8 months 

Responsibilities: 

1. Manage group monthly consolidation process

2. Monthly recording of intercompany transactions for the group including raising intercompany invoices.

3. Maintain a month close calendar with timelines, Co-ordinate with local controllers on the close, and ensure stipulated deadlines are met.

4. Assists in preparation of monthly management reports and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives.

5. Review month balance sheet accounts and documentation of significant variances.

6. Assist with annual external audits. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.

7. Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Support Manager to lead our team of support agents. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people management skills and the ability to analyse support data, identify key drivers, and formulate strategic plans to reduce support volumes.

This role is highly focused on analytics, with a requirement to report key metrics and insights to the business on a weekly basis. We're looking for someone with an analytical mind who uses data to optimise processes and is familiar with building continuous improvement processes.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years management experience in a SaaS environment, and must be proficient in using the Intercom chat platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyse support data to identify patterns, root causes, and key drivers of customer inquiries. Develop reports outlining key metrics, including ticket volumes, response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Responsibilities

The Data Manager is responsible for leading a team of data analysts, managing the end-to-end process of data extraction/collection to final output (e.g. Excel, Tableau etc). They will maintain procedures and controls around the data workstream to ensure maximum efficiency. The Technical Account Manager I (TAM-I) is an integral part of the Registry Customer Support Team. This position takes ownership and works alongside the technical and operational organizations to optimize Customer Experience, System Quality, and Operational Efficiency.
