About You

Key Responsibilities:

• In consultation with the IW team, the consultant will explore and provide a list to IW of the available media monitoring tools and/or services (including pricing and features)
• Analyse and compare solutions, identifying any differences between the tools or services and mapping the viability of these solutions for use in tracking the indicators identified across the program.
• Report on the findings of the analysis to the IW team and provide recommendations which tool or service, or combination both, best meets the program’s needs and offers the best value for money.

Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager is primarily responsible for supervising all the Receptionists while they are on shift, ensuring all tasks are completed on a daily basis and that the shift runs smoothly, being the main point of communication for Reception and all other operating departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering.

• Supervise Receptionists/Guest Service Agents, assisting them with issues that may arise and ensuring that all tasks are completed up to Fairmont standards

• Maintain amicable and co-operative working relations with all other departments
• To be responsible for identifying any training needs of Reception/Front Office staff and communicating these to the Front Office Training Manager
• Ensure enough supplies of all stationary items are in storage
• Assist the Director of Front Office and Assistant Director of Front Office in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
• Manage any emergencies on the desk and take necessary actions
• Follow up all audit points with regards to LQA, JD Powers, etc..
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

About the role

Work in Virtual environment (FIS Office and Home) as part of a team (offshore and onshore) reporting to the Client Relationship-Delivery Manager Senior to manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client project and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management of the client loyalty process.

• Identifies additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer and refers to managing director/relationship manager.
