WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Social Media Management:
• Monitor and actively engage with customer inquiries and comments on Tractive's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and resolutions.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through social media interactions.
• Acknowledge and appreciate positive customer feedback and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Issue Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints via social media, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams when necessary to resolve complex issues.
• Content Sharing:
• Share relevant content, updates, and announcements on social media platforms to engage and inform our customer base.
• Feedback Loop:
• Compile and report customer feedback, trends, and insights from social media to the relevant teams within the organization.
• Advocate for improvements in our products and services based on social media feedback.
• Social Media Guidelines:
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies when representing Tractive on social media platforms.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on social media management.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
• Previous experience with social media support tools is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and concise responses.
• Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with pet-related products or services is a plus.

Job Description

Responsible for delivering and supporting SAP projects. The Transformation Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and be responsible for the overall delivery. The ideal candidate is proficient in different project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time managing resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Host and conduct daily stand-up meetings with multiple resources from internal resources and third parties
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Meet with business users to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of IT solution towards fulfilling the business objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties such as vendors and system integrators
• Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter/scope, project plans, status reports and operational checklists

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in digital project management

• Well-organized and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
• Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels
• Extensive sector domain knowledge and able to work with senior management
• Certified PM (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum Master
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts
• Experienced user of MS Office Tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ERP system, preferably SAP
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation
