About the role:

We are seeking an Enterprise Integration Developer to join Enterprise Integration team. Enterprise Integration team enables Ciena’s Digital Transformation journey by ensuring the connectedness of both our internal and external integration solutions. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between various business systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement integration solutions.
• Understand and translate business needs into code to support seamless integrations and automations.
• Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows.
• Develop automated unit testing code to test integrations.
• Analyze data-related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Analyzing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies
• Develop and manage extensible, stable codebases for a variety of applications.

Key Experience and Skills Required to Perform this Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Oracle developer at junior level with 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of integration architecture as well as excellent design and programming skills.
• Understanding of Agile software life cycle development, DevOps, APIs
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP web services.

Seeking a suitably qualified and reliable Mechanic III (Surface Equipment-Mobile) to perform all aspects of mechanical maintenance, repair, testing, and monitoring of site mobile equipment, light, heavy and auxiliary equipment to ensure its availability, reliability, and safety in quality, efficient, safe and environment friendly manner. The role will report to the Supervisor – Mobile Maintenance (Surface-Equipment).

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Complete all the necessary documentation such as work orders, and time sheets for future reference
• Communicate with others about the assigned task and discuss the outcome of the risk assessment
• Prepare a Job Action Plan and Job Hazard Analysis if required
• Check fluids such as fuel, lubricants, coolants, transmission oil, and hydraulic oils according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Select types and grades of fluids and lubricants for the applications according to the manufacturer’s specifications and fluid capacity
• Replace fuel and oil filters and inspect for signs of contamination
• Identify types, sizes, and grades of fasteners, sealing devices, adhesives, and gaskets
• Select types of threads such as coarse and fine used for different applications
• Perform preventative maintenance of hoses, tubing, piping, and fittings by checking for deficiencies such as chafed hoses, bubbling, and leaks
• Select appropriate tools and equipment such as hydraulic presses, heating equipment, cooling equipment, seals, and bearing drivers
• Perform routine maintenance activities such as cutting, welding, heating, and cooling of materials
• Diagnoses Engine and engine support systems, hydraulic, hydrostatic, and pneumatic systems, Drive train systems, Steering, Suspension, Brake System, Wheel Assemblies, and Undercarriage, Electrical Vehicle Management Systems, and Environmental Control Systems
