• Monitoring the payment process, including completion of payment set up templates and liaising with the payments team to ensure timely payment of notices.
• Maintaining investor contact details by updating systems accordingly and liaise with clients and investors as required.
• Preparation and/or review of weekly reconciliations on excel, including cash position, weekly cash forecasts, loan position reports and payment trackers.

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer will ensure all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. This role will work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in delivering service quality and customer satisfaction for the Shared Services Finance function in accordance with agreed KPIs.

AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices
• Ensure all Unidentified Receipts are allocated
• Issue AR Manual invoices from requests
• Update AR reports; Employee Recoverable and Unidentified
• Recover Unclaimed Monies related to the company
• Clear the AR Email Inbox; resolve queries, file remittances, and admin tasks
• Assist Bank reconciliation officers & accountants with banking queries
• Complete month-end tasks and reports
• Update AR documentation
• Support and promote process efficiency system improvement
• Inform management if identifying internal control and company policy breaches
• Provide feedback and support to management
• Assist with ad-hoc duties, tasks, when required.

Credit Officer Duties

• Delivery of invoices to clients electronically on day of issue
• Initial follow up of invoices after 7 days to ensure client has received the invoice and requires no further information or assistance
• Source additional information if requested to do so by the client
• Friendly Reminder that payment has not been received, where payment due date is missed by 2 days
• Demonstrate the ability to disseminate information for inclusion in the Aurecon Client Credit Risk Assessment Form (C-CRAF) for approval under the Delegation of Authority.
• Ordering of Credit Reports from Credit Reporting agencies.
• New client registration and management of information in the client database.
• New and reactivated Client Global reporting and audit.
• Monitoring and maintenance of clients inactive > 12 months as required under the Credit Policy.
• Working Capital Reporting and analysis for Credit Limit recommendation with appropriate DOA approval.
• Extended Terms reporting and ensuring approval is renewed when expired.
• Other duties as requested from time to time.

Training and Performance Development (within the Shared Services Finance Team)

• Work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader to meet agreed training and performance development goals
• Actively work to achieve set goals
• Identify any knowledge gaps and escalate concerns to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader

This role will be responsible for the design and transition of new or changed services introduction into the live environment.

As Accountant you will responsible to provide high quality finance and accounting support services to the Offices and Shared Services Team located in the Philippines. The role will assist the PH Accounting Lead to manage all the accounting, collection, audit and tax reporting for the office, providing guidance on local process and procedure, managing the reporting, budgeting, and statutory audit coordination in compliance with Group guidelines.

• Facilitate and complete monthly closing activities, journal entries and adjusting journal entries.
• Ensure adequacy of monthly accruals of various costs and expenses for proper matching of revenues.
• Prepare regular monthly balance sheet account reconciliations with supporting analysis and schedules and proactively ensures resolution on open issues.
• Provides regular monthly analysis of profit and loss accounts and report on variances (actual vs budget)
• Assist in preparing annual budgets.
• Responsible for all internal and external audit engagements such as submission of the required schedules, reports, analytics and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual/year-end BIR tax filing and government statutory reporting requirement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines and to assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Monitoring and coordination of Daily/Weekly Bank Reconciliation
• Document Filing and Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the PH Accounting Lead

The ITIL Specialist t is responsible for working with other process owners to ensure there is an integrated approach to the design and implementation of Change, Incident and Problem Management, Request Fulfillment Management, Access Management, as well as other ITIL process areas. Also, responsible for the above mentioned process functions across the Aurecon Group, along with other progressing functions such as Service Design and Transition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and/or improve processes and also identify opportunities to better leverage existing technologies used to manage new and existing processes:

>Process Improvement – responsible for ensuring current and new ITIL processes are properly implemented by working with existing process owners to provide guidance and insight into process expectations and provide constructive and actionable feedback.

>Process Development – working with appropriate resources to understand development and document the processes needed to help expand and tailor the ITIL framework to the Aurecon environment.

>Process Delivery – for new ITIL process being implemented, act as the process owner to review, define and execute the process activities with the support of the rest of the IT organisation. This will also include training and education of the IT and supporting business teams of the process expectations and methodology to ensure that the IT Organisation understands and implements the processes.

• Maintaining the Managed Services process architecture, reviewing, and evaluating all proposed changes, whilst ensuring all processes operate in a seamless way.
• Provides strategic oversight of the ITIL processes and the interdependent cross-functional business tasks.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and oversees all Managed Services Operations Processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create a governance framework, strategy and process for all new service introductions and Continual Service Improvement.
• Raise and maintain awareness of the Operations processes, including communicating information about, and any changes to, the processes internally with Managed Services and cross-functionally.
• Accountable for working with existing Operations Leads and other Process Leads in Delivery to create and maintain current knowledge articles and process documentation exist and are updated as an output to the enhancements, agile stories and /or new program initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities, and helping to deliver them, is a key accountability factor for any process owner as well as identifying and resolving process issues.
• Maintain holistic oversight of process design, continual improvement of the processes and associated metrics

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is highly desirable
• At least 5 years’ experience in Information Technology
• Sound working experience of Service Management / ITIL processes
• Use and management of ServiceNow with the ability to create reports
• Experience in service delivery leadership roles within a technology environment
• Experience working in a service environment where ITIL service management principles and processes are implemented.
• Leadership and people management experience; goal setting, coaching, performance managing and inspiring others to achieve.
• Solid understanding of technology services (including ITIL) with sufficient technical background to understand the different architectures of the core systems, and to understand the impact of new technologies.
• Experience of enterprise level applications is advantageous
• ITIL v4 Foundation/Practitioner skills in Service Operations particularly activities of Incident, Problem Management, Change Management

Generic Responsibilities

Develop test scenarios, scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more project test streams, including but not limited to IT infrastructure, IT Security, System, Integration and User Acceptance tests.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to developing, improving, and maintaining testing standards and practices. 

• Help develop a testing strategy for the assigned functional squad

• Take the lead in executing test strategy 

• Help triage and manage defects/issues reported during testing activity 

• Work with the application and technical teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. 

• Participate in the release control process (when the application/tenant is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. 

• Validate product fixes. 

• Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Wrist Service Center is looking for a Global Procurement Back Office Support who will collaborate with the global procurement analysts to assist the branches with the procurement processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Covers container suggestions / New stock potential and PO Upload
• Updates PO quantity in AX based on Packing List/ Invoice
• Vendor Trade Agreement Upload
• Weekly reviews of the compliance data for the non-compliant purchase lines of global products to be cascaded to the global and regional procurement.
• Updates Currency Exchange Rate in SharePoint
• Maintains global vendor data, sends questionnaire to suppliers and collects expired documents from vendors
• Checks purchase  expiry (30days)  and informs the branches
• Checks expired documentation and coordinates with vendors and procurement team.
• Sommer Maid creation of price file for upload

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business or Supply Chain Management course
• Background in Procurement is an advantage
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office programs and AX12 is an advantage
• Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment and solve problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A flexible mentality the include process and customer care
