Works closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

What you will be doing

• Operate and manage mainframe based test environments.

• Identify and resolve technical defects.

• Develop program logic for new test tools and modify logic in existing test tools and applications.

• Configure technical and application parameters to satisfy client requirements.

• Maintain and integrating new application components.

• Support implementation of new code into the production environments.

• Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation.

• Suggest technical alternatives and improve/streamline processes and systems.

• Ensure deployment of system improvements.

• Conduct planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks.

• May participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.

• May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

• Experience using the Endevor source management system.

• Experience in ZOS mainframe

• Experience in Configuration and release of software systems

• Understanding of software installation methodologies 

• Experience in large-scale credit card processing systems, banking and financial systems is a plus

• Experience in Cobol and work-related technologies is a plus

• Good customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.

• Good verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organisation, eg executive, management, individual contributors.

The Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of paralegals and driving the team’s performance to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the File Management process. The KYC Operations Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Fluent in Japanese language (Nihongo), can understand, read, write and speak fluently.

• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts

• Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards.

• Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements

• Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates.

• Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• 2-4 years related experience

• Excellent Analytical skills
