Scope of role

As a QA Engineer you will ensure a high-quality product is delivered to our customers while driving through improvements to our QA capability, you will report to the QA Manager in our Makati office. The software product QA team and have responsibility for delivering improvements and influencing colleagues, and implementing manual and automated tests. The team is part of the wider Engineering team which is a global team with main hubs in Manila, Sweden, Spain, UK and North America.

As a QA Engineer, you will:

• Define and deliver QA strategic improvements and capabilities  
• Build expertise in important QA areas, for example performance or security testing

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Support Engineer Lead, you will ensure our Customers are happy and successful by providing and leading a best-in-class support experience. You will be the leader of a Level 2 Customer Support Engineering team, responsible for resolving escalated customer inquiries and incidents for the SaaS platform. You'll be joining the team in Corporate Operations that develops our Digital Workflow Processes platform (Flowable) which supports the efficient execution of our corporate processes. As an Application Engineer, you'll be part of an international team, taking ownership and full responsibility for the design and implementation of our Workflow platform and its related applications. The team is also exploring different areas where we can leverage its skills in developing custom solutions to other platforms within our division - such as the development and integration of Java based line of business applications via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

The Accountant Operations deals with accounting related transactions such as recording of invoices and accruals, processing payments and generation of financial reports.

Your key tasks 

• Process timely and posting of invoices. Ensure completeness of invoices and supporting documents. Perform 3-way/2-way match before posting of invoice. 
• Process travel related expenses of the employee and ensure the accuracy of the posting and clearing.

The CX Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the Client Care CX bodies of work. As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Network Operations Lead has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. The preferred candidate will need to possess strong technical and analytical abilities, to effectively monitor and support network connectivity on critical systems, resolve a high number of reported issues without need for escalation or assistance.
