About you:

As a Senior QA Automation tester your goals are to conduct services like Automation Testing and Deployment Testing and to ensure that the team you are working with are always thinking about quality while working on our customers goals. We believe quality is something that should be checked continuously throughout the process, not just at the end. 

Some of the day-to-day tasks are improving or setting up different quality activities during the development cycle, using data to prioritise and advocate for issues, working with the project team to write unit, integration, and end to end tests, and identifying risks with production releases.

Position Description

The Merchant Support Team Lead position will be part of our Award-Winning Customer Support team and will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 Merchant Support Representatives taking inbound merchant requests through telephone calls, emails and chat sessions.

The Client Configuration Management (CCM) team provides client configuration and implementation expertise involving a unique set of skills with highly specialised knowledge of complex systems and applications as it relates to Client programs, transaction processing/routing and its implications to clients and cardholders. What an Implementation Analyst does at Visa:

An Implementation Analyst is a client facing and an individual contributor role responsible for managing non-routine configuration activities along with identifying and resolving issues of low to mid complexity. This position is at a professional level and requires an individual to work independently while receiving moderate guidance.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide dedicated implementation and configuration support to assigned Visa clients within a market and/or support to assigned countries/markets.
• Manage multiple types of configuration requests in support of client and Visa initiatives. Such as the addition of new system parameters to rollout a new service. This involves the coordination and prioritization of resources and tasks based on committed deliverable dates.
• Meet all milestones and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand program set up requirements and manage steps required to support all new card program installations, processor conversions and updates to existing programs without customer impact. This includes the setup of new products and services.
• Provide initial consultation and guidance on clients’ requests and needs, which also includes discussion of processing implications and completing questionnaires.

The Implementation Analyst (individual contributor) develops configuration expertise in the overall set up of client programs from a business, client and technical perspective within Visa. Clients include financial institutions, third party processors and non-traditional Fintech clients. The AP Invoice Processor Specialist is responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APSSC. As the process experts/SME, assists AP Operations Supervisor in resolving complex issues and concerns and may be delegated to perform specific supervisory functions from time to time

INVOICE PROCESSING:

• Processes invoices/billing statements, non-payroll related expense reports/cash advances and other payment requests based on policies, procedures, work instructions and agreed SLA
• Records payable entries in the ERP system using correct cost center, GL account charging, & amount computation (i.e. correct application of VAT/withholding tax or prepayment)
• Executes the AP key controls (i.e. 3-way or 2-way matching, invoice workflow approval, validation of expense, etc.) in a thorough manner and secures required approval in writing for any exception/deviation
• Ensures compliance of company expenses to applicable policies and tax requirements (i.e. complete and valid supporting documents, amount limits, etc. )
• Adheres to service level agreements on the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and recording of AP entries
• Communicates issues to concerned supplier/employee in a timely manner and logs them in Service Desk system for proper tracking and monitoring of resolution
• Reviews resolution and ensure these are in order before re-processing the invoice/billing/payment request
