The Product Support Engineering (PSE) team is a Tier 3 Customer Support team tasked with supporting merchants using all CyberSource products and services. This role will have a focused emphasis on Integrated Commerce and Card Present payment solutions and is based in Philippines. Candidates are expected to handle escalated case tickets, work with other teams inside and outside the Support organization, provide product training, and interface with customers on an as-needed basis.

What the Analyst, Technical Solutions - Acceptance does at Visa:

The Analyst, Technical Solutions - Acceptance position is an individual contributor role responsible for providing technical expertise, product consultation and problem resolution. This individual will primarily work with Visa Issuing Financial Institutions, technology partners, as well as internal product and IT operational teams. This role will work as the functional / technical specialist to educate, inform, and solve complex problems for B2B payments.

This role includes managing the operational side of the client relationship and has a focus on working with partners in the payment ecosystem to further improve card acceptance across the market.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide technical consultation and problem resolution to clients

• Identify and remove operational reasons for non-acceptance of card payments, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to drive resolution

• Build and enhance positive working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders

• Monitor and analyze key trends with live merchants and partners, escalating internally where appropriate

• Utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to respond to client inquiries, providing prompt response, status and keeping client updated throughout the incident

• As part of a global team, keep peers and relevant stakeholders informed and provide updates

• Manage all acceptance solution operational activities

• Act as liaison for the client by working with key internal teams including IT Operational teams, Product, Sales, and other business leaders

• Engage B2B Mobility Product organizations to regularly review and identify permanent solutions to frequently encountered operational issues

• Educate and train clients on best practices for all supported services

• Represent complex customer change requests, system, or operational requirements, negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally

• Proactively notify clients regarding any widespread or business critical problems with the application,

• Stay current with Commercial and Money Movement Solutions, releases and inform / educate clients as needed on latest enhancements

· Ensure correct and timely issuance of the report to be used by the importer in releasing the goods at Customs to facilitate trade transaction.

· Assess product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and following the Business Rules on Import Verification Program (IVP), Harmonized System (HS) classification, import eligibility, country instructions and other related references.

· Provide technically appropriate product classification following the HS code system by using all available references submitted by the parties involved.

· Evaluate transactions and provides valuation opinion based on valuation methodologies to confirm the correctness of prices being declared by the trade parties.

· Assist in providing reports that shall be used at the country of destination.

· Liaise with Trade, Valuation, and Inspection Centres to get additional information required during processing of files.

Review transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential instances and trends of money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities.

Analyze large volumes of transaction data efficiently and enhance the detection of suspicious activities.

Conduct in-depth investigations and maintain accurate, thorough documentation.

The Authorize.net Technical Solutions Analyst acts as the main technical liaison to Authorize.net’s key designated clients, providing phone, email, knowledge base & online ticket support.  The Analyst is responsible for owning the ongoing support needs of top merchants and top resellers, and will ensure payment processing, service configurations and payment implementations are functioning optimally, while fostering positive client relationships and interactions along the way. The Technical Analyst role globally represents a primary and secondary line of support for Authorize.net’s products, acting as an escalation path from various internal teams for designated and qualified clientele.  Should a key client or its payment partner encounter any payment related concerns, the Analyst owns driving resolution. This may include assisting new key clients with the initial set up of Authorize.net’s payment services, as well as educating any established designated clients on the use of new cutting-edge offering such as token services, escalating to internal or external groups, or training clients on online business management tools.  Technical Analysts quickly identify and resolve first and second level technical problems while building client relationships with designated accounts, and often work with external departments while tracking open tickets for extended periods of time, interacting with internal Level 3 Product Support and various Product Operations teams. You will be an outstanding teammate who enjoys working with others, including internal engineering and operational teams, to solve demanding customer issues. The size of the CS team creates a varied role with the need for an ability to act in multiple capacities at a time, including as the point of contact for small projects, performing outbound contact campaigns to key clients, and creating reports for managers. AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Specialist (with billing/invoice background) to be based in Manila, Philippines

Job Description: 

Opportunity phase 

• Support opportunity entry and updating in company’s opportunity tracking system.  
• Supports Go/No Go preparations, forms and gathering information and process, as directed by Project Manager.  
• Review project controls requirements of RFP/opportunity. Provide or obtain project controls support for proposal deliverables, as appropriate for project complexity.  
• Understand proposal pricing approach and support as appropriate. Develop basic capabilities with company standard pricing tools and support as directed.  

Planning phase 

• Coordinate with PM/Project team/contract administration in coordinating contract review process for new contracts, modifications and job closures. Understand and supporting insurance verification process as necessary. 
• Develop familiarity with support review of contract risk types and methods to identify and support management of risk on projects.  
• Understanding of revenue recognition on projects. Investigate/elevate financial project issues such as segmentation, work at risk, and revenue recognition during project setup.  
• Review scope definition documents and support PM with development of Work breakdown structure development (and maintenance during execution), to support proper job setup for cost and schedule development, progress tracking, risk analysis, client billing.  
• Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring schedules and preparing status reports and staffing curves, in alignment with scope of work and resource, including subcontractors and consultants, planned to execute scope.  
• May coordinate/assist other Project team/procurement in coordinating documentation to support procurement of required sub-consultants and vendors 
• Support PM in development and review of project cost and revenue baseline, based on above elements.  
• Develop knowledge and support coordination of performance measurement and earned value plan and updates during execution. Elevate for review by PC Lead as required.    Understand contractual invoicing requirements.
• Understand project/organizational and client interfaces. Review invoice support requirements, during execution, with Project Manager.  
• Understand necessary components of project setups and be able to initiate and set up projects with Project Manager supervision. 

Execution phase 

• Report development both from templates and ability to develop unique independent reports based on project need. Ability to develop reports based on understanding Project managers need. 
• Integrate cost and schedule data/baseline with company’s enterprise system, to facilitate Projects financial goals  
• Support PM in the coordination of preparation of project reviews 
• Develop proficiency with system and reports to review actual costs, commitments, coordinate cost adjustments, reviewing for coding accuracy.  Identifies cost (and scheduled as needed) variances, investigates root call and elevates to Project Management. Discuss corrective action and role is supporting.  
• Assist Project Manager, as direct, with tracking budget, project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities and progress measurements for work to include direct hire and subcontracted work. 
• Measure progress and review performance trends.  Support accumulation of and access to historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning, forecasting and estimate at complete development (EAC).  
• Support Exposure to progressive performance data and associated concepts and principals.  
• Become familiar with companies financial systems, processes and procedures such as segmentation, work at risk and revenue recognition requirements and processes and be able to align with project status.  
• May coordinate/review/support the development of invoices for consistency with contract requirements and rates. May interface with Billing and accounting staff to support positive cash flow. Assist the Project Manager with reporting on accounts receivables and unbilled issues as assigned.  Support Project team, with the change control management process and gain insight into rational and importance of change events.  
• Assist PM with support on gathering information to develop trending, forecasting and estimate to complete process. May assist PM with WAR (work at risk) and RAR (Revenue at Risk) forms. 

Closeout phase 

• Review project scope and determine all contractual deliverables have been met, discuss with PM. 
• Coordinate with PM/procurement for closeout of sub agreements  
• Support PM with input of final EAC  
• Support with coordination of final invoice as directed.  
• Performs routine tasks with minimal supervision 
• Under appropriate supervision receives and follows instruction on specific assignment, specialized tasks and possible solutions. 
• Assignments have clear and specific objectives and require the investigation of limited number of variables. 
• Receives/Seeks supervision for application of more complex standard management/administrative techniques, procedures and criteria to assist Project Manager. 

QA is an expert in conducting end-to-end monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive agent behaviors that will result to customer satisfaction, and reforming those that result to negative customer experience.  QA shall be able to assess how transactions are handled, and identify the areas that need improvement.

QA shall ensure that all agent-customer interactions result to positive experience and are performed in accordance to pre-determined compliance guidelines, through, but not limited to:

·         Live or recorded monitoring of agent interactions (both voice and non-voice) ensuring compliance to pre-determined quality guidelines.

·         Meeting the required number of evaluations on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

·         Provide accurate and impartial judgement on all transaction evaluations.

·         Regular coaching sessions with agents to reinforce good behavior and reform opportunities

·         Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring scores or any quality-related performance together with root-cause/data analysis and recommended action items.

·         Reporting of critical errors to Operations, Training, and HR, and monitor if the concerned party has completed the relevant corrective action procedures.  

·         Attending administrative hearings and deliberations resulting from the critical error callouts.

·         Facilitating QA rollouts and guidelines orientations for new-hires, and certifying agents prior to official endorsement to Operations.

·         Collaborating with Operations and Training in developing the technical and soft-skills of agents through coaching sessions, QA orientation, calibration sessions, rewards and recognition projects, etc.

·         Attending and facilitating calibration sessions, and sending relevant minutes and variance reports after each session.

·         Liaising with clients, and other internal groups as needed, on the creation/update of monitoring/compliance/knowledge-based tools and guidelines, etc.

·         Reporting agent and transaction compliance trends to the Quality Manager and/or QA Supervisor.

·         Identifying trends and opportunities for additional training or corrective action as needed and share feedback with immediate supervisor, Operations, and Training.

·         Taking proper action on disputes filed against transaction evaluations.

·         Participating in internal and external client meetings and performance reviews.

·         Participating in process improvement designs related to quality, technology (CRM/KRM), agent-customer interaction flows, etc.

·         Reviewing and submitting exceptional calls to be pooled for the good call library.

·         Performing physical or information security audits, and telecommunication line quality, and floor background noise as needed

Performing other duties as requested or required by the Quality Manager or QA Supervisor, including taking in calls and/or providing back office services.
