Position : Software Developer

Work Hours : 9 AM - 5 PM EST (40 hrs/5 days a week) / 10 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time

Pay Range :  2,000 - 3,000 USD / month

Our client is an independent web and mobile app development firm. They build custom solutions that actually improve their clients’ lives.

They are seeking for a seasoned Software Developer to join the team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and the .NET framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions
• Write clean and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

• With 3-5 years of solid experience as a software developer
• Knowledge of using CSharp is a plus
• Proven knowledge in using React.js and .NET framework

Equipment Requirements:

• Dedicated and quiet workroom with good lighting for conducting business calls.
• Reliable and stable internet connection for seamless communication. 
• A computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities.
• Headset or headphones with a microphone for clear audio during calls.
• Webcam for video conferences and virtual meetings.

• Design applications with the quality and sophistication suitable for sales to Fortune 500 companies.
• Handle multiple projects and demos simultaneously, demonstrating versatility and proficiency in varied software development scenarios.
• Ensure high code quality standards are met, incorporating best practices and industry standards in your development work.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
• Work independently on development projects, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and demos, highlighting design, functionality, and code quality.
• Familiarity with AI Tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
