About the Role
The Partnership Distribution Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, designing, and formatting effective communication materials to effectively deliver company strategies and objective.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Streamline complex business strategies and ideas into relevant, meaningful, and engaging messages tailored to the target audience.
- Customize designs, delivery, and visuals depending on the target audience.
- Partner closely stakeholders to deliver on company / department priorities and objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid and fundamental working relationship between the different departments / SMEs.
- Develop and disseminate electronic communications, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
- Draft memos, announcements, newsletters, and other collaterals for distribution to different stakeholders.
- Create visually appealing communication materials that includes but is not limited to info packs, powerpoint presentation templates, etc.
- Generate infographics, templates, illustrations that are informative.
- Create, review, and edit video scripts for AVPs used during events.
- Craft and personalize speeches, memos, and other communication materials by the CEO and the Director for Partnership Distribution.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- With at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer savvy
- General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Willing to be assigned in BPLAC Makati Head Office
- Experience in the Life Insurance industry is a plus
