Position: Virtual Assistant + Social Media Marketing

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

Monthly Salary: Up to 1,500 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

Responsibilities

• Schedule pre-written and pre-approved social media content
• Proof and edit prepared content
• Compile free-use stock photos or images that already have licensing rights
• Maintain basic editorial calendar
• Establish a regular social presence by sharing articles, blog posts, and more on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram
• Research the best graphic design websites, social media tools, and scheduling software for a team to implement
• Compile basic social media posts such as quotes, relevant articles, and stock photos for the purpose of brand awareness
• Identify your audience on social media
• Identify your target audience and engage with your audience/online community on social media
• Monitor competing brands
• Understand current trends and implement new ideas when relevant
• Determine what content resonates with your audience
• Define brand voice and objectives for social media to inform what to post
• Create and maintain a social media calendar
• Develop brand voice and social media graphic standards
• Collaborate with your team to create content that complements existing marketing emails/campaigns for your products or services
• Develop your ads strategy
• Determine appropriate analytics and develop a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly report of findings
• Do keyword research
• Provide customer service support through social media messages and comments
• Determine how frequently to post and on what channels

• Prior experience as a VA and Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Experience with Squarespace and Newsletter platforms
• Copywriting experience

Summary of the Position

As a Customer Service Agent, it is your responsibility to act as a liaison between the management team and its customers. Gaining experience in managing customers' queries and concerns in a professional manner through constant communication, and ensuring the protection or brands from harmful content on various social media platforms. You will be trained and have experience in communicating effectively with customers,  analyzing information, conducting content moderation and ensuring a safe experience for all businesses and individuals around the world. 

Here’s What You Will Do:

• Solve customer problems in a professional and timely manner
• Send follow-up emails/messages to the customers regarding their concerns
• Respond to potential customers by providing accurate information about our products and services
• Use our online platform to monitor content
• Maintain constant communication with your shift manager to resolve any issues or questions
• Closely work with clients to ensure the safety of their online community, and that the policies and guidelines are being followed accordingly 
• Rapidly identify any online communication, whether it’s a plain text or a meme and stay up to date with the latest social media trends/lingo
• Understand brand policies and guidelines, in order to effectively analyze information and be able to make the correct decisions in moderating each content in a timely manner
• Work with various brands from different industries to detect, review and monitor all kinds of content

Holiday/s: US & PH Regular Holidays

Salary Range: $800 - 1,000/month
