The FG Dispatch Officer is responsible for the general warehouse operations from receiving of goods, storage, internal movements, goods issuances, and loading/dispatch of finished goods ensuring timely, accurate, complete documentation and compliance to  Good Warehousing Policy, Procedures and Standards for safe and efficient warehousing operations.

He/She is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper loading of goods onto trucks, or transportation vehicles. 

He/She ensures real-time, accurate and complete system recording of all inventory related  transactions.

1. Inbound Processing/Goods Receiving

   • Processes the  inbound deliveries for inventory receiving and manages the  activity in the warehouse.

   • Oversees the putaway process & ensures that the stocks are stored in the proper warehouse location in compliance with ERP requirements & Good Warehousing Practices standards.

   • Ensures proper labeling of stocks with correct batches (for batch-managed inventory) upon receiving for traceability purposes & FIFO/FEFO implementation.

   • Ensures accurate & timely posting of Goods Receipt (GR) for received inventory.

   • Reports any discrepancies for received goods & coordinates with the involved teams. Escalates the concern to the immediate team leader for any irregularities noticed.

2. FG Loading and Dispatch Operation

   • Performs verification of order details, including product quantity, labeling, packaging and documentation to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

3. Outbound Processing/Goods Issuance (Outbound Delivery Documentation)

• Process outbound deliveries for inventory issuances and facilitate loading/dispatch activities (material requests from other departments, stock transfers to other locations).

• Oversees the picking process and ensures that correct stocks with appropriate batches are picked as indicated in the request.

• Prepares the required documents for goods issuances, stocks transfer/dispatch.

• Ensures accurate & timely posting of Goods Issue (GI) for the issued inventory.

1. Inventory Management

• Performs posting of internal movements and transfer posting (material to material, stock to stock, consignment to owned) transactions as required.

• Perform reversal transactions in the system when necessary.

• Implement physical inventory count activity in his/her area of responsibility as scheduled or planned.

• Ensures that correct inventory count is inputted in the system.

• Assists the team in reconciling the variances and provides explanation/justification when necessary.

1. Storage Management

• Ensures alignment of stock status (unrestricted, stocks for QI, blocked) between the ERP system & on floor physical inventory.

• Follows through pending disposition for materials on floor.

• Reviews the stocks arrangement & ensures picking & FIFO/FEFO strategy are followed.

• Facilitates compliance to piling, labeling, stacking and handling requirements, and stocks arrangement according to the storage plan. Inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.

• Ensure proper storage of the materials. Non-conformance to the standard storing procedure should be reported to the Warehouse Manager/Warehouse Supervisor for immediate action.

1. Dock Appointment Scheduling & Yard Management (for EWM-managed locations)

• Performs timely posting of movements of the transportation units according to the flow of the traffic under his/her yard location assignment.

• Coordinates with the transport team on the status of the transport unit for inbound or outbound transactions.

FOOD SAFETY:

1. Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.

2. Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

OTHER TASKS:

1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 

2. Performs other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

1. Guide the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors. 
2. Recommend improvements, implements and monitors subcontracting process and procedures. 
3. Recommend, proposes improvement on subcontracting procedure in the system. 
4. Support in the execution of  subcontracting signed agreements.  Ensures all the requirements are submitted and complied. 
5. Consolidates and ensures subcontractor’s concern and/or incidents not limited to operational issues are resolved swiftly and recommend resolution. 
6. Facilitates approval of additional subcon plantilla, consolidates and updates on the plantilla registry. 
7. Ensures that subcontractors are informed and updated on the requirements of concerned departments. 
8. Ensures and monitors compliance of the service provider to applicable wage orders. 9. Ensures accurate and timely reporting of HC and Subcontractors business Compliance 
9. Conducts and ensures requirements on performance evaluation to all contractors are being taken religiously 
10. Conducts regular meetings with subcontractors to keep track of performance. 12. Prepares budget for any related subcon expenses. 
11. Understands legal requirements at execution level related to management of Subcontractor, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 
12. Coordinates with HR and Legal on legal compliance. 
13. Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior

The Safety Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing Occupational Safety and Health plans and programs of Pilmico.  He/she inspect workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health, and the environment. He/she also develops programs to prevent harm or injury to workers and damage to the environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Conducts on-site inspections to assess physical conditions and safe work practices. Implements immediate corrective actions appropriately.
2. Develop controls for identified hazards and unsafe conditions. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommends changes if necessary.
3. Reports, analyzes, interprets all incidents, or accidents and loss. Review injury and property damage reports. Prepares comprehensive recommendations for corrective action of an incident. Develops and implements recurrence prevention programs and procedures. 
4. Provides continuing education and oversight to all employees, business partners and other third parties to ensure consistent implementation of plans and programs. 
5. Directs industrial hygiene, occupational and general safety programs to ensure a safe environment and comply with safety standards. 
6. Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines. He/She will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. He/She will also be on a constant lookout for violations.
7. Implements fire prevention and protection programs and organize fire brigades to ensure maximum safety. 
8. Serves as Secretary to the health and safety committee; (prepares minutes of the meetings; report status of recommendations made; notify members of the meetings; and, submit to the management a report of the activities of the committee, including recommendations made
9. Acts in an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to safety for the guidance of the management and the workers
10. Acts as Driver Trainer and Defensive Driving assessor in support of Driver Safety program of the company 
11. Conducts investigation of accidents and submit his separate report and analysis of accidents to the management 
12. Conducts safety inspections on a daily basis and recommend/suggest corrective actions 
13. Conducts risk assessment processes such as Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) 
14. Maintains or help in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors to eliminate accident causes 
15. Provides assistance to the government agencies in the conduct of safety inspection, accident investigation and any other related programs 
16. Coordinates with different departments in communicating the safety performance, compliance and policies of the company
17. Adhere and support the strict implementation of ASF protocols.
18. Support Farms in the execution of self-managed Safety activities and audits
19. Performs other duties as assigned.
