• Builds, maintains and reports operational metrics for end-to-end milestone management. 
• Manages existing reports and dashboards to provide weekly and quarterly forecasting, metrics and deliverables. Partner with PM teams to identify new metrics and tracking to drive improvements.
• Communicates and coordinates plans and strategies with other functional areas including sales, product, engineering, procurement, network operations and field operations.
• Thorough knowledge of systems/tools, processes, and application of project management methodology at strategic and tactical levels. 
• Knowledge of wireless construction, Outside Plant, and field operations processes required for each project inclusive of budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and scheduling. 
• Exhibits proficiency in working in harmony with the project management team and ensuring that all members are held responsible for the seamless completion of the project.
• Supervisory duties involve conducting interviews, recruiting, and training employees; organizing, allocating, and overseeing tasks; evaluating performance; providing rewards and implementing disciplinary actions; handling complaints; and solving issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The project manager will collaborate with and support our US project management team and our CEO.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

What will you do?

To support the CFO to manage all finance functions within the business, with emphasis on AR, AP, payroll, month end and journals. Accuracy of data, timely completion of tasks and attention to detail are key requisites of this role.  

Accounts Receivable

• Process customer invoicing and sending out monthly statements
• Follow up on overdue debts, keeping the CFO informed of any issues
• Receipt of customer payments into the general ledger
• Assist with customer queries into their account.

Accounts Payable

• Enter supplier invoices into the general ledger
• Process payments in the bank accounts for CFO approval
• Reconcile supplier statements with the general ledger
• Liaise with suppliers with any queries that arise

Payroll

• Process monthly payroll in the payroll system for CFO approval and payment
• Add new employees/process staff leaving (resignation or redundancy)
• Process pay changes for employees (eg. Pay increase)
• Assist with staff queries into payroll or leave
• Process monthly payroll journal in the general ledger

General Ledger

• Process all month end journals as agreed with the CFO
• Process all bank account journals per NAB bank statements
• Prepare all balance sheet reconciliations as required
• Review the P&L and Balance Sheet for accuracy
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Assist with any royalty and commission payments required
• Prepare the monthly BAS for CFO review and lodgments

Management Reporting

• Assist the CFO with preparation of management reports, including cash flow forecasts and trade finance positions.
• Assist the CFO with preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting
• Support the wider business with relevant reporting requirements
• Provide insightful and timely financial analysis on performance of the business

Systems Development

• Support the CFO through the transition from Navision to Odoo
• Review and suggest process improvement opportunities
• Embrace change management and the efficiencies and improvements that Odoo will bring to the business

General

• Inspire and advocate company values

The role

You will be our evangelist to kick off and develop our retail journey in the Philippines! You are responsible for operational and customer excellence, training and people development, financial profitability of our stores and retail expansion in the Philippines.

Processes: Retail SOPs & Operations

• Build automated processes to increase productivity and ensure internal audits, procedures and efficiency in all store operations aspects
• Analyse all opportunities and recommend ways to optimise customer journey, improve our Retail SOPs: store conditions, layout, displays, merchandising, campaigns, launches, staff services, omnichannel features etc
• Support locally new stores opening process (site handover, POS system implementation)

Performances: Sales results

• Run and lead weekly performance reviews with the local to deep-dive into issues (must understand the why), develop next steps and ensure that business is on track with targets
• Monitor and optimise inventory; ensure tight inventory management and health with distribution channel strategy and processes for clearance
• Develop NPS score with a customer centric approach (reviews, collecting omnichannel insights)

Partnership: Cross functional internal collaboration and external strategic relationships

• Collaborate closely with HQ departments (Merchandising, Training, Retail Ops, VM) for the new store openings and stores operations
• Report to senior management on progress and issues by constantly evaluating performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Build external strategic partnerships with 3rd party vendors (Global Contractors, Malls Landlords)

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years working in a fast-paced high growth consumer/retail company (fashion is a plus)

• Analytical, numerate and proficient in Excel and other analytics tools
