• The project manager will collaborate with and support our US project management team and our CEO.
• Plan, forecast, and reforecast projects, goals, objectives, budgets, and deliverables.

• Facilitate and organize meetings and action items, delegate responsibilities, and track progress with internal and external resources as needed. Furthermore, ensuring the progress and fulfillment of the action items.
• Recording important actions and carrying out decisions made in meetings.
• Putting together the presentation materials that are required for meetings with customers, as well as meetings with the CEO and the project management team.
• Ensure projects comply with established frameworks and maintain all necessary documentation for each project in the ERP system.
• Collect necessary project resources for the program manager in preparation for the internal kickoff of a new project engagement.
• Manage the CEO's calendar of initiatives and business to-do lists.
• Support the CEO by working together with people from various departments.
• Performing project-related duties as needed.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, recruitment, human resources, corporate communications, marketing, or relevant fields.

• Ensure that all parties involved are provided with clear instructions on settlement procedures, which include handling any potential shortfalls, surpluses, or internet banking requirements.
