Key Responsibilities

• Plan, Organize, and Execute Financial Tasks and Projects: The Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various financial tasks and projects that are critical to the company's operational and strategic objectives. This includes creating financial plans, managing financial risks, and ensuring that the financial operations align with the overall business goals.
• Provide and Interpret Financial Reports for Management: You will be tasked with preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyzing financial data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the managerial team. This involves interpreting financial information and trends to support decision-making and advising on possible courses of action to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage the Preparation of the Company’s Budget: A key responsibility is to oversee the budgeting process, which includes developing the annual budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the budget aligns with the company’s financial goals and strategies. This requires meticulous planning and coordination with various departments to compile and review budget proposals.
• Estimate Funds for Short and Long-Term Financial Objectives: You will be responsible for making accurate estimates of the funds required to meet both the short-term and long-term financial objectives of the company. This includes forecasting cash flows, identifying financial risks, and planning for capital expenditures and operational funding needs.
• Payroll accrual and payment: In this role, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and recording payroll accruals to ensure that all employee compensation and related expenses are properly accounted for in financial records. Additionally, you will oversee the timely and compliant disbursement of payroll payments, ensuring that all employees receive their correct compensation and that payroll processes align with regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in a finance/accounting role 3+ years;

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for establishing and overseeing all HR functions across the NGO’s operations in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This role focuses on setting up a robust HR system from the ground up, including hiring and developing a high-performing HR team. The Regional HR Manager will ensure the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the NGO’s mission, enhance employee engagement, and comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR System Setup and Strategy Development:

• Proven experience in setting up and implementing HR systems and strategies from the ground up.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and managing an HR team.
• Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia is highly desirable.

Job Summary

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

The core of this role is to be the strong CPS expert for the Philippines market. Partnering with clients to deliver consumer panel analytics and service that will add value not only to the client business, but the NIQ organization.

Responsibilities

New client service leader: 

• Will be the main service person for newly won strategic client. Manage the day-to-day relationship with a specific portfolio of CPS clients and/or categories, in an analytics and insights capacity, ensuring client needs are met in a timely fashion and beyond expectation 
• To act as a CPS SME within the local market and join Sales to pitch new clients. You will be mostly responsible for showcasing the NIQ CPS capability in real business situations. 

CPS Thought leadership and analysis consultant: 

• Will be the key person to provide the thought leadership of PH part for those cross category and general understanding.  
• Will play the consultant/coach role for local CS team to turn to for doing CPS analysis.  
• Will work with local CS team to work out the “Best Practice “of analysis flow and become an active contributor in a regional community of CPS experts by sharing best practice 

Leader and escalation point for CPS product related questions: 

• Panel Enhancement: Lead the process of CPS panel enhancement as the central communication point between CS team and PL/Operation team. 
• Data challenge: Internally, lead communication with different functions to solve escalated CPS data challenges in reasonable cycle time. Externally, together with account AD/Consultant to explain the data challenge to clients.
