The Analytics Manager of Workforce Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the analysis, reporting, and strategic insights derived from workforce data. This role involves managing a team responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to drive operational efficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making across the organization &  global operations.

As Analytics Manager of Workforce Management, You Will…

• Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and present workforce data to various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualization tools to effectively communicate workforce metrics and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for workforce management, aligning them with organizational goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights to optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational processes
• Spearhead forecasting and predictive analytics efforts to anticipate future workforce needs, enabling proactive planning and mitigation strategies
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of advanced analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance workforce data analysis capabilities
• Present findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to senior management to guide strategic workforce planning and decision-making

As Analytics Manager of Workforce Management, You Have…

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant certifications 
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in workforce management analytics, with a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible roles in data analysis, reporting, and workforce planning within a global business environment
• Prior experience managing a team of analysts and leading workforce analytics projects from conception implementation is a plus
• Understanding and concept of Workforce Management Proficiency in workforce management analytics, including experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling techniques applied to workforce data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and strategies to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather & document customer requirements, map them to platform capabilities, and build solution architecture.
• Collect Software Requirements, including writing use cases, constructing workflow charts, and diagrams.
• Create 'as is' and 'to be' process maps.

• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the current client systems and processes.

Strong work experience as Scrum Master for atleast 2years Should have experience in executing story point estimation, backlog refinement and Capacity planning. Coaching development team and product owners to create the right Agile mindset. Technical savvy - ability to facilitate meetings between technical teams to arrive at solutions for technical problems. Experience in tracking and reporting various Agile metrics (not limited to Velocity and burn-down) to stakeholders. Also, Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Ability to work closely with Product owner on backlog management and handling impediments. Experience in looking over health of multiple Agile/Scrum teams within a program. Hands on experience of scrum maturity assessment with action plan for continuous improvement. In-depth knowledge of other Agile frameworks like KANBAN, XP, Lean, and applied them within Scrum framework. We are seeking a talented Product Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Product Graphic Designer will be mainly taking an image of a product with a white background and turning it into high-quality lifestyle images or infographics that will be used mainly for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.

This is a per-task-based job that will get you fully booked if you're skilled.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Design Amazon/E-commerce product images, infographics, comparison images and other graphic materials as needed.
• Creating and conceptualizing these materials using the appropriate design tool (ex., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Produce design drafts for client review and make revisions based on the feedback received.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience designing professional images for Amazon/E-commerce
• Must be creative, can come up with ideas without too detailed instructions
• Must be a self-starter, can take initiative, and work without supervision
• Excellent Written English (No typos!)
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate
• Must be committed, focused, detail-oriented and professional
• Ability to understand what the client expects and apply to the designs
• Strong interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with other professionals

pileThis per-task-based job will turn into a long-term contract if it goes well.

Every project usually includes 7-14 unique images, which piles up.

And if selected, you'll slowly ramp up to be fully booked (typical designers in our team produce 10-14 images a day).

As such, the rate range we aim for internally is $5-$7 per unique image (not variations of an image), which is $35-$70 per task
