About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
About the team:
The Global Integrity Client Experience (CX) team provides support to Treasury/Finance clients to assist them with the day to day management of the our Treasury platform called, Integrity.
What you will be doing:
Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.
Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries via email
Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Must have at least 8 years of experience working on Application Support roles for Treasury Management System.
Extensive background with Treasury process (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office.
Must have Bachelor's degree minimum requirement for education. Background on Business Administration, Financial Management, Computer Science is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
The ability to work independently
You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of FIS products a plus or background using Integrity (FIS Proprietary system for Treasury Services), or other Treasury Systems (SAP TRM, Guava, Kyriba etc).
