What will you do?

Reporting to our Work Winning Portfolio Lead, you will provide advice and coaching to bid teams across the entire bid process from the engagement and pursuit stages through to bidding and debrief.

As a key member of our Winning Work team, you will be responsible for hands-on involvement in major opportunities, alongside our technical teams and client leaders on key bids.

We will rely on your hands-on bid and proposal management approach to effectively support the development of strategic proposals. The role requires an innovative and responsive self-starter who is comfortable with reaching into the wider organisation, researching content requirements, and finding opportunities for innovative and creative ways of sharing our story to clients. In return, you will work alongside a proven team of bid professionals, with access to creative support.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Portfolio Leaders and Senior Bid Specialists in providing Winning Work services within allocated portfolios
• Championing the Aurecon Methodology from proposal planning until submission. This includes creating response templates, formatting, collating and proofreading proposals and related collaterals.
• Researching, gathering, updating, editing and consolidating non-technical information such as corporate information, CVs, project sheets, capability statements, boilerplates and other standard proposal related collaterals
• Ensuring documents are well-structured, organised and well written (grammar and spelling)
• Ensuring that the layout, packaging and formatting comply with Aurecon brand guidelines
• Developing basic graphics or liaising with the visual design team to ensure that proposals are compelling and well-presented
• Performing data and information assessments to identify trends in successful proposals/tenders/bids and projects
• Supporting the bid team in pursuit activities, as necessary
• Ensuring sound relationships with all stakeholders
• Actively participating and/or leading continual improvement initiatives related to Winning Work
• Providing ad hoc services including trends and competitor research, etc.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience within a proposal or related environment; engineering and proposals management/coordination background/experience is a plus
• Actual experience in document preparation, management and control
• Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills; tertiary qualification in communication, journalism, marketing, business management, marketing, or related field preferable
• Advanced skills in using the MS Office suite especially in Word, Powerpoint and Excel; knowledge in InDesign/Photoshop is a plus
• Can work on tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks under pressure

What the Consultant, Technical Solutions - Acceptance does at Visa:

The Consultant, Technical Solutions - Acceptance position is an individual contributor role responsible for providing technical expertise, product consultation and problem resolution. This individual will primarily work with Visa Issuing Financial Institutions, technology partners, as well as internal product and IT operational teams. This is a customer facing role and this person will work as the functional / technical specialist to educate, inform, and solve complex problems for B2B payments.

This role includes managing the operational side of the client relationship and has a focus on working with partners in the payment ecosystem to further improve card acceptance across the market.

• Provide technical consultation and problem resolution to clients

• Provide dedicated implementation and configuration support to assigned Visa clients within a market and/or support to assigned countries/markets

2. Qualify Artists Services expectations, career projects and releases plans

• Able to close the key deals until final contract signing with the support from central legal team.

About the role:
As a Technical Solution Consultant you will work with leading edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. What you bring

• Background in Treasury Systems is preferred but not required. (Similar technologies would be Kyriba, Quantum, Murex, Calypso)
• Experience in treasury operations and financial data analysis, including the execution and trading of derivatives and other treasury instruments, as well as financial quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Background in Consulting, Software Implementation is a plus
• Techno-Functional experience in Software systems is a plus

Job Description:

As the Production Coordinator at Dead Eye Designs, you will be responsible for overseeing various

aspects of production: managing production timelines based on client orders, communicating with account managers about capacity, product development,  and shipping and inventory management. Your key responsibilities will include:

Workers/Members Development Management

• Work closely with the production team from the development stage to the delivery of finished products.
• Communicate with workers to ensure they understand their tasks, operate in safe and supported working conditions, and are treated fairly by management.

Occupational Health and Safety Standards

• Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment, especially in the physical production process, such as sewing, cutting, heat press, etc.

Production Management

• Handling all types of production issues, section by section coordination, focusing on the sewing, cutting & finishing section.

• Making sure that all outgoing products pass the company standards and that the products meet customer satisfaction by maintaining quality.

Production Schedule Management

Product Development Management

Physical Shipping Preparation

• Book UPS shipping for orders going to the US forwarding point and prepare packing slips.

Production Inventory Management

• Source materials and ensure their availability for production.
• Stock shipping materials and manage inventory efficiently.
