Job Title: Executive Assistant
Salary Range: $800 - $1200 per month (DOE)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible; total of 40 hours/5 days a week;Â Overlapping two hours between 3-5 PM EST
Join our dynamic team! We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our leadership team and contribute to the seamless operation of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
â—Ź Help out with a variety of business / personal tasks. The scope would be purely administrative to start but could expand over time as familiarity/trust builds.
â—Ź Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments
â—Ź Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
â—Ź Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and organize necessary materials
â—Ź Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding where appropriate
â—Ź Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
â—Ź Assist with the preparation and organization of presentations and reports
â—Ź Conduct research on various topics and compile information into useful and organized formats
â—Ź Organize and maintain both digital and physical files and records
â—Ź Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at
all times
â—Ź Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives to ensure their time is maximized
effectively.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
