• Maintain and expand foodpanda’s network of stakeholders across the Central and local governments/government units; international and regional organisations; academia; non-profit/non-government sectors; industry; and the media.
• Engage with above mentioned stakeholders to achieve policy advocacy goals, support business objectives and boost reputation. This includes the creation of supporting collaterals in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
• Establish and drive partnerships with external stakeholders, collaborating across functions to advance foodpanda's business, reputational and public affairs objectives.
• Provide crisis management counsel, and lead issue management and responses in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Public Relations

• Lead foodpanda’s public relations strategy and uphold positive brand reputation across all stakeholder groups.
• Build relationships with key tier 1 media (broadcast, tech, lifestyle and trade) to ensure a consistent narrative is being communicated externally.

The FG Dispatch Officer is responsible for the general warehouse operations from receiving of goods, storage, internal movements, goods issuances, and loading/dispatch of finished goods ensuring timely, accurate, complete documentation and compliance to  Good Warehousing Policy, Procedures and Standards for safe and efficient warehousing operations.

He/She is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper loading of goods onto trucks, or transportation vehicles. 

He/She ensures real-time, accurate and complete system recording of all inventory related  transactions.

1. Inbound Processing/Goods Receiving

   • Processes the  inbound deliveries for inventory receiving and manages the  activity in the warehouse.

The Media Relations Manager plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand and reputation by maintaining good relationships with the media, communicating key company messages through traditional and new media platforms, and helping to manage PR issues as needed. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing foodpanda’s public policy strategy and programs to optimize the business and operating environment. • Help develop foodpanda’s internal public policy strategy and programmes on topics relating to the tech and food delivery sector, including but not limited to employment, gig work, sustainability, competition, as well as consumer & data protection

Your mission:

• Building and continuously improving the compliance program in line with our mission to be instant, convenient, transparent and eventually free.
• Maintain our regulatory licence for the Philippines: (i) regulatory reporting and filing, (ii) regulatory liaison and (iii) leading our audits.
• Build trust with our regulator: manage and coordinate meaningful reporting internally and externally, respond to information requests, and proactively communicate product changes and notifiable events. 
• Help Develop systems / processes to track and monitor our regulatory risk, compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
