Sourcing Management
- Work with Group Procurement and Chief Finance Officer to set goals and manage overall performance of procurement function.
- Drive strategic sourcing for spend categories as per operating model for the user departments in line with procurement objectives and goals.
- Create economic value by driving cost reduction initiatives across the company. Work with group procurement to execute procurement strategy, carry out strategic sourcing of Information Technology/Digital/Indirect procurement, and drive cost reduction initiatives for the company.
- Develop, direct and enforce e-Procurement vision and strategies to maximise the use of ICT for electronic procurement and commerce as well as establish and review processes and systems for effective and efficient procurement process flow across the company.
- Ensure that adequate internal controls and segregation of duties are in place within the operations at all times.
- Monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with group standards and guidelines, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee annual plan and budget developments for the department. Ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget.
- Pro-actively review existing work processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and services of Strategic Sourcing staff.

Vendor Management
- Implement and ensure effective supplier relationship management.
- Strategic relationships with suppliers to achieve best deal and cost savings on goods, services or assets purchased.
- Maintain Group Panel of registered vendors/suppliers.

People Management
- Interface with key user departments and specifiers as a strategic partner to understand needs and influence sourcing decisions.
- Manage the skills and competency development of procurement staff, including training development and knowledge management capabilities to ensure the right resources are in place.
- Excellent team management, people and leadership skills with high level of integrity.

Negotiation Management
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to negotiate at the highest levels of suppliers.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.

What will you do?

• Proceed in confirming the tasks (via Desktop/scanner). Once completed, picking status will be set as completed in the Outbound Delivery.
• Proceed in posting the Goods Issue for the Outbound Delivery in EWM. Outbound Delivery will be updated with corresponding material documents for stock transfer and materials will be physically moved to the production area. Inform Production that transfer is completed.

2) Finished Goods Receiving Process

• Validate if the assumed GR (which is done either by Shift or by brand) from Production is the same as the actual quantity received. Proceed Secure approval from Production Supervisor to adjust delivery quantity based on actual receipt if not Proceed with Goods Receipt in reference to Inbound Delivery. Transactions will be performed via scanner. Pre-defined HUs will be re-used for packing. Stocks received will be set as on-hold (for Quality Inspection). Material Receiving

The Finished Goods Inventory Analyst is responsible for the proper recording and inventory accounting of commodity materials at Iligan plant and satellite warehouses.

4. Set a meeting with the Warehouse & Accounting team and present the final variance figures.

5. Once approved, proceed to create Physical Inventory Document (PID) based on the approved variance figure per SKU and location (SLoc).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Retail system transactions

• Performs in SAP the receiving of Purchase Orders (POs)

• Performs in SAP the Stock Transport Order (STO) from/ to TMM, External Warehouses, Tollers, and Retail stores

2. TGM system transactions

• Performs in SAP the STO from/ to TGM-owned stores. Extracts data from the Prepared Dispatch Report (PDR) as the basis for the system transactions.
• Performs in SAP the Transformation in all TGM-owned stores. Extracts data from the Transformation Report as the basis for the system transactions. 
• Performs in SAP the SLOC to SCLO between TGM stores. Extracts data from the Transfer Adjustment file as the basis for the system transactions. 
• Performs in SAP the free samples given by TGM stores. Uses the Transfer Adjustment file as well as the basis for this.
• TGM-owned stores includes but not limited to the following: TGM Libis, TGM Visayas, TGM Paranaque, TGM Las Pinas, TGM Lima Batangas

3. TMM system transactions

• Performs in SAP the items condemned in TMM. Ensures that the Condemnation list and report are the ones approved by an Executive, at least.
• Performs in SAP the drip losses incurred in all TGM stores. Basis would be the PDR as well, and the signed Pilmico Meats Dispatch Report (MDR).
• Performs in SAP the drip losses incurred in all Retail stores. Basis would be the PDR.
• Performs in SAP the donations and free samples given by TMM. Ensures that the Donation and Free samples list are the ones approved by a Manager, at least.

4. Prepares and presents for the Weekly Attainment report to the immediate Team Leader and flag variances or risk

5. Immediately escalates concerns in not achieving system transactions (e.g., lacking operational reports, item code concerns, PO-PR concerns).

6. Collaborates with the source departments of the operational reports/ data needed in order to transact in SAP.

7. Collaborates with the stakeholders for any reconciliations needed with the transactions made in SAP.

8. Performs SAP transactions related to Transport Management. Prepares SOTC, STC, TM and FSD in SAP. Consequently, validates and processes billings from Trucking Partners.
