What will your normal day look like?

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle which includes, but is not limited to - Talent Acquisition, Full On-boarding Life-cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Test administration, Management of Retention and Attrition, Market Research for further growth and alignment.

This role is an important part of our Quality Assurance process, and aims to ensure that all sales and operational staff represent TSA and their Clients in a manner that is compliant with internal standards, as well as individual client procedures and legislation.

• Review of voice recordings or data sets as per the quality assurance schedule and brief.
• Assessment records completed via approved assessment methods
• Reports all identified opportunities via approved feedback methods and process
• Escalation of high severity non-compliance completed for all instances
• Accurate information reported
• To perform any other related tasks which may be necessary from time to time 

The Quality Specialist, Risk and Control is an individual contributor role responsible for performing activities related to internal control testing witin the First Line of Defense across mutiple services, service tiers and languages following documented guidelines and procedures for Client Care groups. This includes evaluation of the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and documentation of test results.

This includes collaboration and communication within the department for process improvement and internal control testing reviews,  engaging with managers and cross-functional support teams, and meeting performance targets which include accuracy and efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Your assignment

• Record import related transactions/invoices in accounting system and reconcile with payments and bank statements.
• Liaise with banks and vendors on payment related enquires
• Reconciliation of GL accounts, vendor balances and archive accounting documents
• Assist in recording of journal entries in the accounting system and support in general accounting functions and tax reporting requirements
• Other ad hoc task as assigned

This role plays an important part in our Quality Assurance process and aims to ensure that all sales and operational staff represent TSA and their clients in a manner that is compliant with internal standards, as well as individual client procedures and legislation.

You will manage opportunities from agent recordings and other data captured through TSA Way driven methods and processes, saving customers by understanding innovation points and offering value added solutions that will drive brand loyalty and advocacy.  You will also be required to:

• Assessment records completed via approved assessment methods
• Reports all identified opportunities via approved feedback methods and process
• Escalation of high severity non-compliance completed for all instances
