• Proof-reading, editing, and formatting a range of documents for clarity, consistency, grammar, organization, correctness, completeness, and conformity with Company or client style guidelines (including text, tables, graphics, and appendices)

• Assisting with maintenance of and quality control for internal content management systems

• Working rapidly under tight and competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of

quality

• Communicating efficiently and effectively with Project Managers and authors to resolve content questions, accommodate scheduling changes, and meet deadlines

• Recommending revisions or changes in approach, organization, structure, or flow of documents, as appropriate

• Providing meaningful feedback to document authors and management staff to improve

processes and deliverables

• Assisting with the development of document templates in MS Word

The Internal Recruitment (TAP) team in Manila is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting the best people into Allegis Global Solutions across the entire APAC region and Recruitment Sourcing Specialists are a critical part of the success of our business.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting suitable candidates. In this role, you will have a strong focus on direct sourcing, so you will need to be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates. You will ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is entered into our Applicant Tracking System and building out our talent communities to guarantee we have a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.

As the first point of contact with candidates, you will play a critical role in optimizing the candidate experience and branding Allegis Global Solutions as an employer of choice. You will work closely with an onsite Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

Reporting to the Sr Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Suitable candidates will have strong experience with direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using both traditional and innovative recruitment methodologies, as well as experience recruiting on various social media platforms. You must also have strong candidate management experience and love building strong relationships with candidates.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing the sourcing strategy and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization.
• Utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client’s branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
• Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
• Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria defined by the client.
• Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.
• Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
• Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
• Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process debit requests utilizing multiple data points for authorization.
• Supporting role to analyze, evaluate and approve point of sales claims.  Reconciles discrepancies with global distributors.
• Assist Channel Pricing Analyst with quarterly price reviews and execute administrative tasks associated with the published price schedule. 
• Provides management with inputs regarding claim estimates and projected quarterly scheduled revenue.
• Manages the quarterly stock rotation activities which includes advising distributor of return value, reconcile stock with business units, and issue documentation and instructions to distributors.
• Proactively identifies areas for improvement in current procedures or policies.
• Supports channel management, as needed, with executive summary reports regarding claims, point of sale, price schedule changes and special projects.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a minimum of 5 years business experience within the semiconductor industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with  internal and external personnel.
• Proficient in MS-Office Suite of products; 
• Elevated analytical skills. Ability to assess multiple data points to derive financial conclusions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Leads Verification Specialist, you’ll primarily be responsible for gathering accurate marketable data from the targeted universe and entering this information into a proprietary data-entry system, demonstrating the highest expertise in speed of entry, accuracy of content and professionalism in any direct company contact.

Using various research methods (primarily telephone-based), this position is required to ask a prescriptive list of questions of each company, and ensure key performance indicators are achieved on a daily basis. Some of these KPIs include a targeted number of positive outcomes each day; depth of content updated; and a qualitative assessment, which measures both accuracy of content and the engagement quality of the call.

Your day could see you:
