1. Conducts inspection, analysis and disposition of raw materials in storage bins and prepares inspection reports.

The QA Technician 1 is responsible for assuring that the feeds produced conforms to specification. The position is also responsible for the implementation of sampling plan for finished feed. Food Safety

The QA Analyst 1 is responsible for assuring that the analytical procedures are conducted accordingly for both finished goods and raw materials.  The position is also responsible for ensuring laboratory equipment are functional and regularly calibrated. Ensures that all routine and monitoring analyses are regularly conducted and provide accurate and precise results to relevant stakeholders. The position will assist in the implementation and documentation involving ISO, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
 

The Junior IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) updates and maintains control matrices and provides recommendations for management’s consideration. This position takes a lead role in ensuring  compliance with company internal controls, regulatory, ITGC and information security policies and procedures. The incumbent works with SaaS owners, legal and regulatory team, CorpIT team, Security Engineering team, external audit firms, and regulatory agencies to provide supportive documentation as applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to audit compliance gaps, continuously monitor controls and co-own as necessary key SaaS

• Check alignment of ITGC policies with key SaaS and attend to any control deficiencies

• Collaborate with different SaaS owners and perform periodic compliance assessments of key SaaS

JD_Meats QA Specialist

1. Implements and maintains all food safety related strategies, policies and procedures
2. Maintains open communication with all related departments to address the identification of food safety hazards and process improvement opportunities.
3. Implements HACCP Plan and pre-requisite programs.
4. Performs HACCP monitoring to include but not limited to – concentration of chlorinated water solution monitoring, temperature monitoring, environmental monitoring and metal detection, and the sanitation program.
5. Implements the document management system in collecting, maintaining and updating of  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies and templates for all Food Safety related records.

8. The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team member will be reporting to the Head of Information Security and is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s efforts to ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and industry security best practices. This role involves coordinating, executing, and overseeing various tasks related to governance, risk management, and compliance to protect the organization's assets, reputation, and ensure operational effectiveness.

The GRC specialist will work together with the Security Operations Leader, Security Operations Engineer, and QIMA internal stakeholders to meet the objectives of the audit requirements, identify risks present in the group, and to assess non-conformities and non-compliance against the organization’s Information Security Management System Policy and align the remediation plan with target dates against the respective owners.

The GRC specialist must have a good understanding of the different security and data privacy laws and regulations and industry security best practices with the ability to apply these standards to the QIMA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance:
   • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and frameworks to support QIMA’s organizational governance objectives.

Reporting Line

• This position reports to the QHSEE Team Leader

Primary Responsibilities    

• Assists the QHSEE Team Leader in the securing of government licenses and permits of the various OGC operations, coordinating in the Division’s training programs and updating of learning and development records of OGC members. Acts as a Deputy Quality Manager, in the absence of the QHSEE Team Leader. Also acts as Deputy Document Controller.

Specific Responsibilities   

• Prepare training materials and facilitates training, if necessary
• Reserve resources needed for the training such as conference room, projector, trainer, etc.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.

• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• 3+ years professional (post-academic) experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Playwright, Puppeteer, etc).

• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

• Experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation.

What will you do?

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform manual and automated testing on our platform, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Identify, record, document, and track bugs.

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Liaison Duties:
• Serve as a bridge between internal employees and the engineering team.

• Gather feedback from internal testers and translate it into actionable tasks for developers.

We are seeking an exceptional DevOps / QA Engineer to join our Open Source Program Office (OSPO) team.  This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and extending tests, ensuring robust code coverage, and developing testing pipelines. You will use infrastructure-as-code to effectively mimic production deployments for comprehensive testing. Your technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, Python, Kubernetes, and related technologies will be instrumental in shaping our testing and deployment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Testing Frameworks: Develop, maintain, and extend automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure comprehensive code coverage and high-quality software releases.
• Pipeline Development: Build and enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the testing and deployment process.
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Utilize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools to create and manage environments that mimic production deployments for accurate and reliable testing.
