WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)

• Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

• Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.

• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

• Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.

• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

• Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.

• May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.

• May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 3 – 8 Years of experience in ServiceNow Development.

• Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Administration and configuration.

• Strong knowledge in Scripting within ServiceNow including Client scripts, Business rules, Script includes, UI Policy, Notifications, UI Actions and Access controls.

• ServiceNow Development , ServiceNow integration experience

• Must be willing to work on a mid shift (4:00PM - 1:00AM)

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup (twice a week onsite); Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Magallanes, Makati City (current frequency: Once a month; May increase depending on the business need)

• College Undergraduates / Non-Bachelor's Degree holders with relevant experiences are welcome to apply

• Knowledge and working experience with implementation/customization in ITSM modules.

• Work experience in developing Service Catalogs

• Work experience in working on automations and integrations in ServiceNow with API’s and others

• Working experience in implementation of ITBM , ITOM, ITCM within ServiceNow is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work with stakeholders and come up with technical requirements and design.

• Knowledge of FIS products and services; in-depth knowledge of products and services in assigned line(s) of business

• Knowledge of financial services industry

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development

• Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry , e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma

• Knowledge of banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of business

• In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application

• Fluency in developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc.

• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills

• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take

• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed

• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts

What You Will Bring

• Must have skills/tools/experience: IVR Development (Nuance IVR and/or Concentrix Interaction Composer)

• Nice to have skills/tools/experience: Any programming language used for IVR Development and experience in Contact Center Technologies such as Nuance IVR, NLU, Nuance MIX, chatbot

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience

• Mostly virtual work setup but must be willing to work onsite if needed. Office location is at Ecoplaza Building, Don Chino Roces Ave, Magallanes, Makati

• College Undergraduates and Non-Bachelor's Degree Holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply

• Strong knowledge of Conversational AI development

• Experience in the design/development of IVR applications.

• Hands-on development experience on Conversational AI tools such as Nuance mix.

• Hands-on experience in conversational UI / call flow design.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and familiarity in monitoring and instrumentation tools.

• Experience in Cassandra\SQL and knowledge of DB concepts, integration technologies with other applications

Our client is an e-commerce company that specializes in comedic and customisable apparel. In summary, a customer tells them what they want on a shirt and they design it. They work with a team of 100+ designers all over the globe.

They are looking for a professional Software Engineer to help in building applications for a backend database.

The goal is to create scalable and optimized software systems. The big three applications we are looking to build are in frontend to backend order flow, payment systems, and report generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigates problem areas.
• Follows the software development lifecycle.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• 5+ years proven working experience in software engineering
• Experience with distributed systems using microservices
• Knowledge of OOP Principles
• Preferred experience with one of the following
• Java utilizing the Spring Framework
• C# utilizing the .NET Framework
• Experience with SQL and database management
• AWS Certified
• Knowledge of building, deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications utilizing a cloud provider (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
• Strong communication, documentation, and writing skills

Equipment Requirements:

• Dedicated and quiet workroom with good lighting for conducting business calls.
• Reliable and stable internet connection for seamless communication. 
• A computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities.
• Headset or headphones with a microphone for clear audio during calls.
